Updated again, I wanted a real challenge, and when I saw Jibberish saying that it was a bad idea to work with AAI sprites, I decided to go for it.

What I got was an upcoming character from my sprite comic in AAI form: Saggezza Bassanio.

It has quite a few flaws, but I am proud to say I have the first GK custom OC. :)

Ingredients: Edgeworth (AAI), Gumshoe (AAI), Makoto Yuuki, and Ittetsu Badou. Colors: Custom.

And because it's an AAI sprite, it's almost nessecary to have... this!

I think It looks odd because the position of the head in comparisen to the face...also maybe raising his face 2 or 3 pixles and the collar needs repositioning but thats just my own thoughts :P

Well, another update. As a collaboration for the AAI Front Facing Sprites Project, I've done my first contribution: Damian Hinge.

He was actually very easy to do, not very hard, just tedious.

Ingredients: Damian Hinge (Profile), Jeti's Apollo Justice, Shelly de Killer, Furio Tigre. Colors: Damian Hinge, Custom

I was going through an old photo album my parents had, when I happened upon some of my college graduation photos. It was pretty interesting to see some of them like...

This one. My college photo, of me in my Cap and Gown, and with my diploma nonetheless. It was really cool... graduation I mean, I knew I was going to be coming back for my Law studies, but it's a ceremony, I was happy to be done with my core classes! Calculus was well... hard. But I ended up graduating cum lade (that means with honors). I was so happy, I didn't tell my parents either, so when the saw the program, they were ecstatic.

Then of course... there's this one...

It's Katrina... yeah, we dated the last two years of college. She was MUCH smarter then me though, really serious into the books and the studies. She actually graduated summa cum lade (which means with highest honor, it's the third highest academic achievement, second, being Salutatorian, and first being Valedictorian), as you can tell by her sash. She was striving to be our class's Salutatorian, but, I heard she ended up being 4th in our class, so close!

But anyway, graduation was pretty cool. The speeches were humorous and getting your college diploma is nothing compared to getting your high school one! Afterward, congratulations were shared and we hung out outside Sunshine Coliseum (where graduation was held). My parents were really proud, and so were Katrina's, they insisted we got a picture together, so we did...

Funny thing is... I actually have that one on my desk.

Actually no, at the least they're the same height (at most, one is a few inches taller than the other), check them, they are the only two sprites who, in their normal poses, the top of their head is cut off.

Still haven't fixed the manly neck, I was kind of hard pressed to reach the OC Contest deadline with Katrina, but I did finish ALL her poses. This was probably one of the longer ones to do. Working with her trying to get Apollo's sprite into submission is tiring. It took me about a week to get this one right. And boy look at the knockers on her, mia has large breasts, and I don't really know how to work with them and/or reduce them. Already commented on this one, see earlier post. Just did an animation. I always had wanted to do a flinching animation on her, and it turned out better than I had hoped. Her eye looks a little weird on the half-open phase, but thats a slight problem I had when editing the eye from her deskslam pose. I know it looks kind of weird looking at it this way, but when she's behind the bench it looks much better. Probably the worst out of all of them. The pose looks pretty awkward, but I scrapped two other versions before arriving at this one. If anything she looks stiff, but I'm proud of it, and of myself, for fully completing a fully custom (not just a recolor), female, prosecutor bench set. I think, (I'm not sure), I'm the first to do so. NOTE: I also fixed the two poses that looked like they'd been .JPEG'd and re-did the border on her close-up, still manly neck though.

The ponytail on Katrina is very good. I've been trying to get one on my oc and it's been a real pain (well I am pretty new at this...). The flinch animation is brilliant as well. The only problem I see are the large breasts (never thought I'd ever say that) which you've already mentioned you had a problem with so I'm not gonna complain about it that much. All in all she seems like a unique character and you've done very well with her. Nice job Percei and good luck in the O.C contest!

What would be better if she was like that chick from that movie with just the one boob. \|D It was pretty awesome. Mia can't compete with that D: then again she's gonna have some serious back problems. Once the pose is fixed a little I'm sure she'll more feminine, especially without the manry neck :3~

Updated again! Ichiru Konomichi I was at an impasse as to how to do her body until I happened upon a sprite that I'd started work on but never finished, a quick C & P, and voila.
