Technically guts don't fall out, seriously this myth needs to be debunked. I hate seeing people draw guts like strings of sausages... wtfness. I've dissected enough intestines (human) to know they're bloody impossible to get out of the body without getting messy. But I won't go into the anatomical details about that lol.
Anyway, yeah, no I like gore that makes rational sense and where I can follow what has been done to the body. The process of mutilation is far more interesting than seeing random blood and guts and brains and shit. Then again, I like being horrified/grossed out by it all so it's not all about how sexy it is. The human body is an amazing thing, and so very easily exploited because it is also very very vulnerable. It's kinda fun seeing how many ways you can skin it. Gore should be an extension of sadism, and be tied into torture, not some slab of meat presented to the viewer.
But yeah, well done gore is hard to find. However, some of my favourite artists are gore/sadism/torture artists and they're bloodmindly amazing. UNF. <3 Anyway, this is an example of my gore art which won a valentines day contest XD: link (he is dark Cupid, son of Nyx and Erebus, decomposes every night and turns into food for gorgeous flowers). *lame*

Well, to be frank, I don't want to join LJ JUST for a kink meme, and I looked at one once and the LJ set up for it was way too confusing for me. I think there is room for a kink meme here in CR, but at the end of the day, it is up to the admins. If you'd like me to impose rules onto the thread, I'll keep a strict eye on the content of the kinks if you wish for it to be taken down a notch.
Besides- this thread has just started, more artists will start to join as more requests are filled :) If you want to impose some rules though, I'll update the first post ASAP.

I'm with Arkillian on this. The reason why we made a kink thread was because we didn't want to participate in that massive monster of a thing on LJ that is impossible to make heads nor tail of and to have a closer-knit group that can join in on something different from the relatively kiddy friendly fare on offer in the request thread, which admittedly is a little lack-lustre - there is no way anyone would be posting kinky requests there.
I don't understand why is it wrong to have a kink meme here, shouldn't it be even more relevant than the LJ one? This is after all a PW forum, specifically the fanart thread... and having a group project brings the artists together more. Having individual threads is rather alienating and fun cannot be had if we all just post our fanarts in our own threads. It's cock-blocking my creativity! (excuse the term). Fandom fanart is more fun with more people! And dirty minds never hurt anyone.
And why would you censor a kink meme? Doing that would defeat the whole point of a kink meme. I understand that children should definitely be kept away from it, but it's the internet. If a child wants to access porn or kinky stuff, they will find it no matter what we do. And there are far worse things out there than anything the kink meme can produce.
If you're going to censor it, you might as well shut it down and write it in the forum rules that kink memes are not permitted for whatever reason. And that will be end of that. And the fanart thread will go back to its old individualised ways of normalcy. Live a little?

Look, we're not pushing this stuff in children's faces. The warnings are clear as day. And we have tried to use the spoiler/tag system to reduce the chances of underage users accidentally stumbling on something they shouldn't be looking at. Unfortunately, if they do go out of their way to look the blame for whatever may follow, be it trauma or having the website shut down by the server, can hardly be defaulted on us. I completely understand the presence of explicit material may jeopardise the smooth operation of the forums, but I don't believe this thread possesses such content which may warrant such an action being taken.
I have no intention of conducting this so called 'underaged taintgrinding' anywhere, because that is not what I am doing. You've completely misunderstood me. Besides, it is not an invalid argument by any means. Otherwise why would my government be pushing for widespread internet censorship? That's the argument they're using and it makes sense.
The kink meme is first and foremost a project for like-minded artists or writers who want to experiment with material that they are otherwise unlikely to come across, unless of course joining the other kink meme on LJ. It was created with the intention of having fun and just drawing the things that interest us, and if these things are offensive to everyone else, then we're sorry. There is just no better way to go about this. The PM system is hardly as efficient. And there is no restricted area that can be used. So what, because we're weird and have strange or immoral hobbies, we're not allowed to share them with other fans? Seems a bit prejudiced to me. );

Anyway, you don't have to join LJ to participate in the PW Kink Meme, as it's almost entirely anonymous. And they even have an update community and some people organizing filled requests into a searchable index.
