I'm not just saying this, Those are awesome, the only problem I can see, Is Maya's skin tone.

It's okay that you draw in Chibi style, I won't say anything about that.
But even Chibi style needs effort and attention to the anatomy and style.

The Maya one is actually pretty cute and okay drawn, no real complaints at all. I like it.
The Trucy one however looks pretty much off, you need to pay more attention to the body. Her clothes are pretty well drawn though.

Practise and you will surely improve a lot!


PS: Your drawings would look a lot better if you would color them more carefully. The lines are all over the place - And sadly, that just kills a lot of the appeal of your work. The rushed look it gets that way isn't helping.
Take your time with the coloring and it will look a lot better!
