anyway so uh yeah, i was totally late on the contest entry (as i knew i would be) and i dont know how many others here can relate on this but i totally went through like a jillion character designs and never settled. hence the "NO ENTRY FOR THE CONTEST" for me.

so this thread here, it exists to exhibit the entries that never were. if you have some sketches that never made it into the FINAL PRODUCT stage, post 'em now or go to hell

i will start with several of mine:

this was the very first draft i did for my character. several head outlines, but only one of them was plastered with an experimental face that was totally supposed to be a woman at first.

SECOND DRAFT, 2 days later. through much thinking i decided id try to make a character that i could relate to; thus a mexican janitor who would go by the name "Razz ElDasol". he has retarded piercings and all this dumb crazy shit going on with his hair, which i no longer do anymore (save for the piercings). he is the snapshot of my youth, 1 year ago.

Since I won the last contest (I ninja'd this place, sorry) I didn't feel right entering, so I didn't make anyone. But I was half-tempted to make either a detective, or a sketch artist. But no pencil/pen touched my paper/tablet...

Both your entries are freaking awesome, though.

I think you weren't allowed to enter if you won one of the categories last year, if I remember correctly.

Nope, last year's winners can enter, but they can't win the grand prize.
