Make a wig. And people have done Ryuk from Death Note before (with prosthetics) so DeLite's costume would be on the easy side if you count every cosplay ever.

I'm a girl.
I'm short, very short.
I have very curly hair that falls just below my ears. It's a dark golden colour when curly, but if I straighten it, it's light and more blondish and comes about half way down my neck.
I have darkish blue eyes, and pale skin (although in the past year, I have spent alot of time outside and it's alittle more normal).
I'm a little bit chubby, but not fat.
I have a few stray freakles on my face and neck, I belive they are called 'beauty spots'.
I don't really want to wear a wig.
I'd probably be able to fluff my hair up similar to Powers's or Diego's, not saying I look anything like them though.

I'm a firm believer that you should just cosplay your favorite character, BUT! =D
I'd try to steer clear of permenantly dyeing your hair unless you REALY don't mind, because it gets old after a while. I dyed my hair black once for ONE costume and wound up with black hair for four years. Yeah, never again. I'm a wig girl forevah.
But anyway. Your mention of curly hair immediately made me think of Lotta Hart.
But if you straightened out and, ulp, colored it, you could probably also be Maggey! It's hard to tell without a photo to judge.But I also think that anyone can look like anyone with the right costume and makeup.

WOAH! I saw your second photo in a different thread around here and I was instantly like OLGA ORLY?! I think you could pull her off flawlessly, and she does dress pretty sharp in her neat little vest, bandanna and slacks. :)
Although I think you would be a lovely April May too- and I'm a firm believer that you should always aim to cosplay a character you enjoy! That's what keeps cosplaying fun ~ <3
