Perhaps?Yeah, he was disbarred from being an attorney, but Maya didn't even take law school and she was still able to be an aide. Besides, nobody cared when he took the aide stand in 4-1.
Of course, this creates a hole in Apollo not knowing Phoenix beforehand, but meh, the same hole existed in 3-1. If it's an ingame character, Naruhobo is the only person it CAN be. Of course, he or she could be an OC just as well..

Actually, Apollo did know Phoenix before AJ. But they met about 6 months before AJ IIRC. Then again, I don't know if that's actually correct... anyway, I do intend to have Hobo Nick appear in this comic, but no, he won't be the aide. (It would save me some spriting, but meh.)
Anyway, i'll give you all a clue. He/She is an OC, they are in my sprite topic, but their assistant sprites aren't up there yet. You might be able to guess.
