The fact she STILL thinks she has a perfect record makes me laugh. Even Edgeworth half-(Or 1/3-)beat her. But, then again, coming from Franziska, that sort of attitude is more than expected.

But I thought Francis' casanova attitude would come into play at a moment like this. Unless, of course, he already realized one does NOT mess with Ms. Von Karma.

When you find your own blood splattered against the wall for getting cocky in a trial, I wouldn't screw with her once you've actually won. That's like, punching the gift horse in the mouth.

Okay sorry. I know. It was a little childish of me.
Still, my point stands that it's not a plot twist if the plot goes linear.
...And it says in the rules of this forum critique has to be constructively phrased.

This is a big vital miss in the testimony, I demand to know who is the one that agreed to these choices that was made for you.
I demand to know what those people knew of this and did nothing. This is far deeper then so.

Oukami went to the school board and said, "Yo, can my daughter wear a boy's uniform?" And they asked "Why?" And he gave them some bogus reason, and then they said "OK". I doubt anyone besides Oukami and Tsuki knew.

Well, I was actually expecting this question.
....A long time ago. In a galaxy far, far away

Actually, it's as Bad Player said. He prepared a good excuse and nobody actually ever
found out. Obviously you'll want to know what the excuse was so you can find more
contradictions, yes?
It was a simple excuse. You see, there are certain medical conditions... That are the cause
of a weak skin. Which means the person can't get too much sun in contact with their skin;
as a result, it would be required to wear a thick and enclosing boy's uniform instead of
the girl's uniform which consists of a short skirt. This also accounts for PE, of course.

Then the school still is in need of a investigation, if such a excuse would be made they would have to send in falsefied Hospital records. There might be more to this shell of an attempt to cover up then at first seen.

All school should have a thorough system to avoid these incidents to occur.
If they have not followed this protocols they are still in need of investigate and find out the person who could've done such a disasterous event like this unfold, and be punished for it.

*Crosses arms and looks sternly* Someone is going to get cuffed for this, I swear.

Hospital records? It's a medical condition, such things don't neccesarily need hospitalisation.
A skin condition like that, I think it was something you got at birth. Something about the
pigment in the skin or something. Anyways. Next you'll probably be saying "didn't he need
a doctor's affidavit?". Well, let's not forget, this man was a teacher. It wasn't just some
random parent going to the school board requesting a procedure, it was an insider. And
it's not a very big school. These people know each other. Perhaps they go drinking sometimes,
as friends/colleagues. And by 'drinking' I direct your attention to the fact that alcohol can
smoothen the flow of a conversation. The people there wouldn't be suspiscious if a
teacher, who worked with them for years, asked something like that. Infact, among friends,
in the business world sometimes complicated procedures are skipped, to avoid useless
loss of time, based on this trust.

Who the hell is talking about constructivism (failword.)?

I never mentioned anything, I like your comic greeny.
And you should be able to take a little joke, I mean come on, your comic is the best (now that Ami is gone.) and I can now, I come here way to often.

One must be able to take a joke when all they do themselves is joke too, eh?

But that aside, I'm sorry if you felt insulted, it wasn't intended let me make that clear to you.

Damn you and your logic.... I WANT A Guilty, even with this claims you said, I feel that you indeed have answered the conduct I had.
*Slams fist downwards on the desk*
The murder is still at large, which I do not enjoyingly admit...

Francis, you better well not hide any facts. *Points finger at Francis angrily* If you hear anything you should tell me right away.

For now, I'll keep an eye out for anything that can help us pull us the right way.

Ah-ha! A contradiction in your testimo-whatever. Time to get happy, because

UP-UP-UP-UPDAAAATTTTEEEEE!!!!!!!!

And with a total of 43 WHOLE SCENES this makes Turnabout Despair a wrap!
I am so proud! Also, because quite some people helped in this case, I included
a credits panel.

Also, we can start looking forward to the next Turnabout! Though I have some bad news.
It's going to be SO epic, it'll probably take me a long time to get preparations ready.
In the mean time I will keep you entertained with a wave of omakes. :P
