Helped us find out more about the case and such. Just as long as you fill in that plothole about her being in custody....And about her face missing... having seen the opening to whateveritscalled, I think it's intentional....
(Although I gotta say the other PW opening (the one with chibi Maya, Pearl, and Franzy) is better than the whateveritscalled-PW opening

I thought the missing face was hilarious, personally. It's a stylistic choice that perfectly matches SZS. The only thing that would've really made it besides that is if you'd put a red, circled kanji on her face.

Well, I actually did consider doing that. I put a red kanji on her face, the one for 'dangerous'. XD
(The only kanji brush I had to fit the situation.) But it didn't turn out so nicely, so In my rush
I just cut it. I could make a version with that, though...
EDIT: After experimenting a bit I changed it after all. I always knew something
was missing. Despite the fact that something was, indeed, obviously missing. XD
Though I don't feel like explaining the plothole right now, maybe in an omake or something... :S
Also, UPDATE!
Scene #4 introduces a more familiar character to all of us... :)

Then he flirts with her, and gets whipped [infinity] times.

Bleh. I personally hope Franzy isn't the main prosecutor of your game. I just didn't like her. In AA and T&T, you actually have to fight the prosecutor to win. In JFA, you just figure out the mystery of the case; it didn't feel like there was really an opposition. (And in AJ, Klavier wins every case for you! :D)
Of course, that was how the game creators wrote Franzy, so you may write her really well, in which case there wouldn't be a problem. I guess it's too early to judge things. Ayup.
