Here in the USofA it is Mother's Day. I'm not sure if this day exists internationally (and if it does if it also happens today), but here's a shout out to all mothers on the day, especially our PW/AA/GS fan-mothers (cause they are the best variety).
For those internationally that don't know about Mother's Day, it's a day when people get gifts, spend time or send cards to their mothers thanking them for all the hard work they put into raising them. It's a day once every year when we give our mothers a pat on the back for sticking by us and raising us to be... whatever it is we've become. The most common gifts are flower bouquet and a card, but also eating out at a restaurant or family outing are common. Small children often attempt to make breakfast for their (though few succeed.. without help from either dad.. or mom herself).
