At first I used the Norton anti-virus program that came with it (it's excellent if you feel like you want to put your money on it)
and when the try-out time of 60-70 days (can't remember exactly, but it was a decently long time) ran out I switched to Avast!.
Of course, Avast! isn't perfect with all the update announciations and slow-down of other programs while it does the updating.
But I'm not going to change it anytime soon at least.
