I have a Twitter which I use on a daily basis. 832 tweets and I only have 26 or so followers.

As for Facebook, I had one for a while, but only because my mom and sister had one. I left because it was boring and... well... I found my dad's side of the family via Facebook. ...I-I don't wanna talk about... let's just say I'll never recover...

I think social networking sites undermine the term 'friend'. Rather than have a bazillion utterly random people and acquaintances as friends I'd rather just keep those important to me. Besides those sites make it too easy for people you don't want to contact you reach you.

Then don't accept every single friend request.

Yes I know but more than a few of my friends joke: "I've only got 50 friends on facebook I'm nobody!" so they think there's a certain stigma to having facebook friends and I'd agree.

You thought you could be safe in your courts, with your laws and attorneys to protect you. In this world only I am law, my word is fact, my power is absolute.

Does that warrant adding perfect strangers?

Thinking that you need Facebook friends to be cool is ... Kinda sad. :lana:

No but the joke is that that's what a lot of people seem to think nowadays, they just add anybody.
