Like everyone else said...I bottle it up, I do not want to add to the already large amount of unnecessary drama in my family. I know it's not the best idea but I do not wish to hurt anyone...Even though usually when I let it all out I actually feel better afterwards.

I could also try playing a videogame...Since playing a game distracts me from negative feelings. But sometimes my anger is so strong that it's a bloody challenge to bottle it in because I usually spend my time wishing said people knew that there are imaginary anger flames enveloping my body.

Depends on the anger. Sometimes, when I'm just in a bad mood, I go play video games. Sometimes Street Fighter or Dead or Alive, depending on how angry I am. Other times it's a calm game that'll get me into a good mood.

When I'm really frustrated and angry about something going on on the internet, like somebody constantly attacking my opinion at something, I either rant out loud to myself or write a rant journal entry - absolutely with names omitted and all - and post it somewhere. It is nice to get it out of my system, although I generally get so worked up about things at that point that I get dizzy.

As for off the internet, I generally don't show my anger... although apparently I do. I barely even raise my voice when I get angry, so I keep it inside mostly, which just causes me the above mentioned dizziness again or it explodes into a panic attack - to be honest, I'd prefer the dizziness. However, I am trying or am already actually good at showing my anger through my expression. Although, since I mostly run around with a Not Smiling expression, people tend to think I'm either angry all the time or sad.

How I tend to deal with anger, or how I WANT to deal with anger?

Even though now-a-days I'm not very angry, I'm not the best at controlling anger. In the past, when I got angry, I resorted to violence. If my anger was caused by something I did, I'd take my anger out on myself by deprecating myself with negative thoughts.

I want to be able to deal with my anger by finding a way to get my mind off of what I'm angry about, like reading books or playing video games. Or I could just go to you guys and talk about my issues here because CR is awesome! (Aren't I doing that already?)

When I was younger I used to break things when I got angry. Example: I carved scratches into my first DS (the fat silver one) because my Nintendog was being a bitch and didn't want to fetch, so I thought I'd teach him a lesson by stabbing his adorable face.
I'm Blak, and I have shit taste.

I wish there was a way to deal with all the anger and unecessary yelling in the house. -_-

Oh wait, when people start yelling at my place I just put on earphones and drown out all the b/s in life with music. Like Iwasawa from Angel Beats.

And Blak, you're terrible.

When I was younger, much like Blak, I used to break stuff and punch walls and whatever. Nowadays, when I'm not in therapy, I just try my hardest to bottle it up and limit myself to swearing. I have had anger issues for most of my life, so it's not that easy to deal with.

I'm all for destroying some stuff while you're angry - preferably by killing fake people, like in Rollercoaster Tycoon, watching the people fly off the Freefall before exploding~ - but why would you want to destroy something somewhat valuable, something that you spent a decent amount of money on?

Then again, having no job (practically, I still haven't gotten my hands on that damn boss and couldn't quit yet!) and never getting a ton of allowance, being bad at saving allowance or just plain not much money being in the household fund, even 80€ sounds somewhat expensive to me.

Because I was still a kid who got that DS as a Christmas present and I let my emotions get the best of me?

Hope your parents gave you an earful for doing that?
Then again, even when I was younger, I always made sure to not destroy stuff that was valuable. I guess the worst I did was get close to destroying N64 controllers and such.

I didn't get an earful because it was something I never brought up?
We can't all be kids who can control their emotions.
