Hmmm, never been to a convention before. The only one I know of that I could possibly attend is the New York Comic Con, since it's right around my area of NJ.
You'd have to travel a bit, but there's Anime Boston, PAX East, Katsu-con, and Otacon. And that's just off the top of my head--I'm sure there's others if you look. You'd probably need to be in the car for a few hours, but... honestly, it isn't that bad. Just think of it as a road trip xP
Anyway, I've met 2 AAOers IRL.
One was them living in a place where I just happened to take a regular vacation to anyway. So if you go on a vacation to wherever and you know a CRer you like lives near there, you can also make that a day in the trip.
The other... was a completely unplanned coincidence. And I just figured out who he was from our conversation. And I never told him that I realized it... and I was a CRer too... hee hee hee...
That's sort of terrifying in it's own way.

Well, at least we got to actually see and talk to each other. And it was so worth it too! Believe me when I say Emi's smile is so cute! :3
Over the past two days, we talked, played some Fire Emblem, ate chocolate stuff, watched some reviewers like Jontron, PBG, and the Nostalgia Critic (oh my gosh, that Room review was hilarious! XD) , and even played some of Justice for All.
I wish we could do these kind of meetups more often.
