Well yesterday I had a really bad day and my bf wasn't there apart from on msn in the evening, but he really cheered me up (yay for cheering up!) and then him, a friend I met through him and my friend had a greatly fun conversation all together (yay for togetherness!) and the friend I met through him kept saying we were a very cute couple which was funny seeing as cute doesnt describe either of us very well XD

okay before we get into that, there are two types of stools in that class to sit on.
On that day, the girl that I'm about to refer to was wearing a skirt... And well, she was sitting on a tall stool and I was sitting on a short stool. I was on the opposite side of the table from her. Dunno how things ended up this way, but when I looked up at her (to see what she was working on) I got a glimse of her panties. My heart was beating fast from shock and I didn't even know what to think (this doesnt even make sense; thats how i handled the situation (sized it up)) I never been in such a situation before then.
My biggest regret was not telling her to sit in a shorter stool. :/

Yeah, it's weird as I've always thought of women as the affection givers (as the schema is such). I always accept affection, I just find it hard to trust the person enough to give it back until a while into the whole relation-thingy, I do eventually though XD
To answer the question: yes, I can handle it all ^^
EDIT: Forgot to say I had an awkward situation arise last night where a guy I know asked me out and I had to tell him I was taken, which I hate doing because rejection sucks :(

Mm, I do have my guard up, but then I always do until a few months in :/ I dont let people do anything I dont want them to do. He also knows his boundaries with me (I wont ever have anything like that in public, around friends or family, because I think its rude). :)

Well, after freaking out for five or ten minutes, me and my friend decided to look at a few stores and then maybe come back to where he was so I could talk to him. We go to a bookstore and look at the manga and when I look behind me, BAM! There he is, about to buy a book.
All I could manage out was a awkward hi, which he returned with his own awkward hi, and I chickened out of saying anything else. I regretted it the rest of the time I was there (and I don't think my friend enjoyed listening to my complaints, but hey what are best friends for? XD)

HH, you make a good point. Communication is important. Unfortunately, many rakes are too clever to reveal themselves right off the bat. Sometimes one has to discern their character through silent observation. This is what I'm advising Liquidzilla to do. I'm not ready to advise breaking it off just yet, but I do believe caution is warranted. If she hasn't already, she would do well to tell him the terms of their courtship--make them crystal clear. If he fails to abide by them, the relationship is most likely doomed for the simple reason that one of them--regardless of who--is not ready for one. Communication is central to a healthy relationship, but there's more to it than talking. Listening and watching are equally important.
