Some years ago I came across a videotape that was lying in a parking lot. It turned out to be some kind of porno, but my parents wouldn't let me watch it because I was too young.

Does finding a pure white huntsman spider count? I didn't know if it has mutated, or if it was covered in paint, or was simply pure evil. It was pretty large, so I kicked the abandoned BBQ it was in into the man-made lake next to it. I probably just saved the entire human race from the weirdness.

For those who don't know, this is a huntsman:

As far as I know, Dublin is rather cold, so you're lucky.

I have to deal with spiders like that on a near daily basis. It's alright if there's one of them there, but if it's female and has laid eggs...kill most of the eggs. You don't want like what's in the picture above hanging around your place of residence.

What part of Australia do you live in? I'm in Sydney and we only get spiders like that in the summer. Cockroaches are a whole different story though.

On the topic of huntsmans, when I was about 8 I got up really early one morning to watch TV and when I got up off the couch, there was a huge huntsman (much like the one in that picture minus the babies.) right behind where my head had been. I was really scared. I got my dad out of bed just to put it outside. (We have a rule, Dont Kill the harmless spiders)
Another bad experience with spiders was when I decided I wanted to go underneath my aunties house. Not a good idea. There were heaps of red-back spiders (very dangerous).
Bleh..I dont really like spiders that much...That picture reminds me of the second Harry Potter Book. :meekins:

I live a few hours south of you, in the Shoalhaven. Lots of spiders down here, all year 'round.

The house I used to live in which was pretty far inland, near the inner border of Queensland, was abandoned for a fair few years. We went back to clean it up when we sold it, and my oh me, the guy who was cleaning under the sink...should have used a torch first. It was absolutely crawling with redbacks. He had to go and wash the spiders off his arm before the bit him (because washing them off didn't agitate the others as much as trying to kill them did).

Daddy Long Legs scare you? Well, it's definitely good you don't live down here then. They're all over the place here, always popping up in the places you don't want them to be (like in bathrooms, or right above your head). They're harmless though, so usually don't worry about them. :will:

Jeremy Kyle is some of the best TV I have ever watched. Ever. It's amazing how he's not bigger than Oprah.

Also, they left out the bit that the child would be the chick's aunt or uncle, as well as son or daughter.

I won't deny that there were some funny moments. I cracked up when the hick nearly won. I think that part of what disturbed me about it was watching people get roughed up with no way to fight back. It's funny...I've read the Dune series and Kafka's stuff too, for example, but I seem better equipped to handle material that dark when it's in print. Maybe that's because I have the option of dimming my imagination when I'm reading. I don't have that option when I'm watching. It feels kind of like my head is being raped, if that makes any sense.

The example given would be a right Don Juan wouldn't he?

Well considering they can use both one after the other, are likely to be sterile so have no chance of fathering a child I guess it's the perfect set up for a sex maniac like that guy.

With two penises, the question arises, though: how long are the erections capable of lasting? Though one may have two penises, wouldn't he still have the same amount of blood as a man with only one? It takes blood to make an erection, so I'm tempted to conclude that erections would last approximately half as long. :karma:
