As for my experiences... I find myself rather apathetic about all sexes.

I'm very picky and if someone doesn't fit the criteria I tend to deem them useless. :| I find it really easy to exploit people, I can get full grown men to roll over for me-- either by love or fear, haha. I've never really fallen in love with anyone and I don't seem to get such extreme feelings that others seem to have. I think it's just because I haven't found the right person but I'm not sure... mostly anything I've felt was probably lust. ^_^;; I remember when I was 2 a boy several years older than me got a huge crush on me. And during grade school a lot of boys would do anything for me, haha. (dear god i sound like a bitch don't i but this is true i have parental accounts and a diary from when i first learned to write)

My sole encounter that was mutual was when I was 8 and in Grade 3.

He was a new boy in the school and I've always been particulary non-confrontive. He was the one who introduced himself to me and we... really quickly became close friends. He was really nice and energetic and always made sure I was feeling happy. He always was so selfless and did this of his own free will, I could never make him do anything for me, which I really respected. He said the last thing he ever wanted was for me to feel sad once. He always used to teach me all sorts of important things when we were young (and vice versa but I can't remember whatever I told him). I think of him whenever I think of Alberta, see a mood ring, hear of beavers, chickens... you name it. When I think of my childhood, he's the one I think of first. He was the person who actually made me start drawing and if you knew me in real life, you'd know that drawing is a huge part of my life. But... I didn't like him the same way everyone else liked their crushes. Everyone else always says "I really want to tell him and be together forever." And they'd get so worried about whether the guy they like loves someone else all these sorts of things... but I was happy just liking him. I didn't mind whether he liked anyone else, it never worried me. As long as he was happy I was happy too. But then at the end of that year I had to move and leave everyone behind. I remember on the day of the going away party he was the only one who didn't end up coming, I thought he hated me so I left my own going away party just to see him. I spent the entire party in the playground with him. After I moved, I was really sad I'd never be able to see him again, but I thought as long as he was ok with everyone else there I'd be happy too. A year later, when I came back to visit, all he did was avoid me every visit. My best friend back then told me it was because, in his words, "She betrayed me." She told me that he liked me. Of course, he doesn't know I liked him back, because I never told anyone. I feel really sad for not letting him know and he moved somewhere else soon. I never knew where. It took me a long time to get over him actually. Some people say I'm still not over him because I call all other men "scum." haha. To this day some of my worst nightmares are the ones where I'm trying to find him again and I find out that he died. :( Every once in a while I search for him on facebook and I can't find him.

Haha, that was long wasn't it? Now I'm getting a little teary eyed...

anyways Yaragorm (think?) I agree with your sister. You WOULD be surprised. Personally speaking, girls are much more lesbo with their friends than guys are. MUCH more. I'd tell you how much but that's for another topic, haha.

idk where he moved or even if he did move. If he did move, he could have very well moved to another province. Most people end up moving back. =/ There's still a chance that he could be still living in the same community, but I haven't gone back there in years. Either way, I think I've changed a lot and not for the better. I'd be kind of embarrassed to see him again anyways. :(

I kind of regret writing that story at like 4 am instead of going to sleep and writing it in the morning. Hopefully it would've been more readable.

My story is actually about my friend. So we were at Six Flags (8th grade graduation trip), and she had a henna tattoo drying on her hip, so we had our shirts tucked up. And we were a quick food-court type thing, checking out all the hot guys (of whom there were MANY), and this majorly cute guy, probably a couple of years, like 2 or 3, older, holding the hand of another girl, walks past the full-length window, staring at my friend. THEN, and this is the kicker, he walks BACK, like, BACKWARDS, still staring at her, and STILL holding the other girl's hand!

Oh, and I have a story! Well, at sleepaway camp, I only go for a week or two, so I try to make it a point to find a cute or hot guy, latch onto him like a leech, and be really obvious, like, blowing kisses and staring at him, because it's only a week, and such, and it's just plain fun. Well, at my other camp, a day camp, my friend and I were pretty good friends with this CIT two years older (I was 13, he was 15), and so we were talking to him, and we wound up telling him that sort of stuff. The next day, we were playing Are You Nervous?, and I, thinking of him as just a friend, didn't stop him at all. Well, he wound up admitting he had a crush on me, feeling me up, trying to play Are You Nervous? with me while I was in a skirt, jokingly calling me his sex slave, and trying to put his hand around me in a movie theater at camp. Awkward...

Well me and a bunch of friends were watching a film and most of my friends were drunk. We were all laying on the bed and a guy was next to me and he started cuddling me and grasping my arm and asking if I was scared (this was a horror films night). I put up with it because he was drunk, but I went to bed and then woke up and went back into the room only to be grabbed and hugged by him again D: then again I also got hugged by a few of the others afterwards.

Not really a romantic encounter, but I thought I'd share anyway:

I recently moved into my dorm. There are 12 students in my level of the dorm. 11 are male. Yes, I am the only woman in my part of the dorm (it's so weird the way that turned out.) Which means I've gotten a lot of attention (guys kept looking me over during our beginning of the year dorm meeting.) Luckily for me, everyone's really respectful. The ones I've interacted with are really sweet. Some are even a little shy around me, since most of them are freshmen. It's kinda cute. I've only been here for a few days, but so far I don't mind living in a mostly boys' dorm. Aside from the bathrooms being a little nasty, things have been going well. But I have a feeling I might have more opposite-gender encounters this year than I ever have b/c of my reverse-Tenchi Muyo position, hehe.

Well he was devistated so I jumped into the role of cheerer-upper.
We took a walk on these shitty country roads (kind of place with stone walls with sheep behind them)
We talked for a while and then he said to me "If by the time we are eighteen and are still single will you go out with me?"
I was shocked not only because he asked me such a blunt question but because im a guy as well.

I would have avoided going to the Gaeltacht, myself. It's shit.

Also, it's not him 'turning' his friend gay. He probably just realised in the wake of a failed relationship that he might have feelings for his friend or had a sudden realisation that he wasn't happy being straight or bla blah blaaah. Fuck, I knew I was gay from like the age of 8 because I fancied that guy out of Blue. Duncan something or other, IDK.

I don't see why he want to wait till you're eighteen. Age of consent is 17, and homosexuality hasn't been a criminal charge since 1993. :/

The only things I can think of all include my engineering graphics class from last year.

The guys always picked on me (there were only 3 girls in there). Picked on me, as in being perverted.
With the brush to wipe off marks from the cleaning pad. As in...rubbing the handle and telling me to look.
"Look, Minerva! What do you think of this?" And they made faces. Straining faces.

Plus, they asked naaasty questions.

A few months ago, I went to a party that the guy who I really liked invited me to. Well, I had quite a bit to drink and I was feeling really left out and upset, so I sat down on one of the couches. I just patted his head a few times and he eventually got the hint to get up and leave. Later that night, I could tell that one of the guy who I liked's friends liked me. He kept touching my back and rubbing it. Then the guy who I liked said, "Oh, I'm really glad that you two finally met!! I've been wanting you two to meet for a long time!!" This really upset me because I thought he was just inviting me to meet his dumb friend, not because he wanted to meet and catch up with me after all the years we hadn't talked to or seen each other(I also thought he didn't have a gf then, so I went with the full intention of making up with him and stuff like that... :bellboy:
