Neon Genesis Evangelion is one of the best animesI've watched and at the same time the ending made me think that is was also one of the worst animes I've watched.
Rei from nge is one of my favorite characters of all time and I sat during the whole anime wanting to jump in and hug her.

-I actually liked the ending of NGE, it was real uplifting and suchlikes, not like End of Evangelion. Sure the latter makes somwhat more sense, but it's not exactly all sunshine and roses :L
