I eat a lot of chips and anything with cheese on.
I am unhealthy but I feel healthier than when I ate meat... if you see what I mean.
In about 2 weeks it'll be a year since going veggie... never though I'd make it ='D

Vegetarians aren't living much longer than other people. Two or three years difference, as I heard. But they're much weaker than people with normal, balansed diet.

That's because we can make the decision not to eat animals. Animals have to eat to survive and they can't think otherwise. Humans, on the other hand, can decide whether to eat an animal or not. We can actually decide what to eat instead of eating the first thing we see. That is why some people think it's wrong when other people eat meat.

And as SD_Rim said, people also have a choice. interestingly enough, humans have more of a herbivorous digestive system than other omnivores. Omnivores tend to have more of a carnivorous digestive system.

Well considering cats are carnivorous I'd be worried if they minded their cats were eating meat.
Cat food is all the left over pieces and bits of meat from what was left from humans. Basically, giving your cat cat food is not wasting the animal. Farm animals aren't raised specifically for animal food, they just make pet food out of whatever they have left. For example, pets get non-kosher meat, the "bad" part of farm animals, and the meat from dead Dairy Cows which cannot be made into anything but low-grade meat.

It's surprisingly easy to be unhealthy as a vegetarian. It's not just what you eat, it's how much as well. Salad is great, but if you're eating a salad where the toppings are ranch dressing, croutons and cheddar cheese and there's more topping than salad, you should probably take a look at your diet. As for cheese pizza, it still has a ton of grease. Eating a lot of it every day is not going to help you. I don't eat a lot of meat, pizza or fried things simply because having so much grease at once makes me sick. I can't eat more than one fast food meal every couple of days, or my intestines revolt. And when I eat meat, it's almost always something very lean; I honestly don't like the taste of fat in my steaks and it makes me sick anyway.
