My problem was that the foam ones couldn't handle most heavy stages... it kept moving. So I was determined this year to ask for just a metal DDR mat. To make it even better, it hooks up to: PS2, PS3, Computer, XBox, and the Wii.

Ah, lucky you! I don't know about the book, but I've been needing a replacement for my broken DS Lite since June (exactly 2 years after I got it), and I'm saving up for a DSi. Luckily, this Christmas I got $200 (that's in my currency, which also uses the "$" symbol, but is much cheaper. That would be around U$D 52.) Right now I'm in U$D 118.50, so I still need another $200 / U$D 52 for a DSi.
For my absolute luck, my birthday is in 19 days. Yay! :D
