Yes, I'm aware of that; I tried more natural methods, but they don't work so well. By now, I'm taking herbal pills, they're stronger than melissa and don't damage my stomach so much.
They're for uh... calming down? XD' Sedatives is a good word for that, according to my dictionary. I'm a really, really nervous person.

A better alternative to cocoa is carob.

I like coffee because I was so sleepy in the morning, so hot cocoa or cafeine have the same effect. the difference is that I am so addict to cocoa that I can't stand drinking only a cup. Anyway I'm happy because I think that I aswered well my exam so I hope get an A soon. (it would be my first in the year) So I'm going to study Roman with a lot of caffeine. And there are one thing I can't stand: drugs. and alcohol. and meat.... well there are three things.

Anyway, Vic can see Don has ADD because she wanted to become a psychologist.... thus, she must've read and try to practice some psychology skills~ I used to drink up to twenty mugs of cocoa or coffee. But now I rather take carob.

I just know since my Philosophy teacher has a mild form of ADD and her daughter is a little more severe. We were talking about it and about how college kids abuse some drugs MENT for ADD kids to finish projects and such.
I don't have ADD, and I'm quite sensitive to caffeine. I don't drink coke or any other caffeinated drink for that reason. Even if I drink it in the morning, I have problems.
And I really don't like caffeinated drinks anyways. Too sugary XP
