My avatar is a picture of Wednesday from the Addams Family movies. She is quite possibly my favorite character in the whole clan but more to the point, I was born on a Wednesday so in keeping with the old rhyme, I am "Wednesday's child", hence the custom title underneath it. If memory serves, I first adopted this avatar as an April Fool's joke but in the end, I liked the premise so much that I decided to keep it.
My sig is an expression of my taste in PW pairings and literary themes. Phoenix/Iris and Miles/Franziska are my top two and "light amidst the darkness" summarizes what I like best about them both. I'm particularly fond of stories that take evil situations and turn them into something good, beating the system. The characters' expressions hint at the tone of their respective relationships as I perceive them. They both feature the same basic elements but in reversed proportions. I view
as mostly sweet and passionate with flashes of tart, ironic humor and
