Fullmetal Alchemist is the only thing I'm reading seriously other than Hayate the Combat Butler (which is just ok) so that.

I have fond memories of Asterix.

Donald Duck.
I'm serious - but just those by Carl Barks and Keno Don Rosa, because the rest is crap.
Also, Calvin and Hobbes.

Webcomic:
I always check out VGCats, LFG Comic, Dark Legacy Comics. (Two of three WoW related? Oh noes! Sue me.)

The most consistent I've read for longest would have to be HELLBLAZER. My all-time fave would probably be either TRANSMETROPOLITAN or THE INVISIBLES.

In terms of graphic novels I have great love for THE BROCCOLI AGENDA, CLAN APIS and .. well loads actually!

Zatch Bell (yeah, it's Gash, but oh well. xD)
Uh ... all I can think of at the moment. :]

Any love for Dragon Knights? :0 ... Tokyopop doesn't seem to like this one very much though (TOO MANY ERROR GRRRRRR)

This is pretty vauge. I mean, comic can apply to newspaper comics, webcomics, manga (already stated) and "graphic novels."

Uh.. let's see. When it comes to newspaper comics, I absolutely love Pearls Before Swine. Get Fuzzy is a close second, and after that is FoxTrot. The rest don't really stand out so much, but I will read things like Zits and Dilbert. And of comics not published anymore, The Far Side and Calvin and Hobbes are excellent.

Manga-wise... I don't really like a lot of manga. I like Detective Conan/Case Closed, I like Rurouni Kenshin, and I also like One Piece. I can't really think of any more. It's a shame that like 70% of the manga published in the US happens to be shoujo. I can't stand shoujo.

Webcomics, I like a lot of them. Bob and George, Penny Arcade, Ctrl+Alt+Del, F@NB0Y$, Slackerz, Terror Island, Nintendo Super Squad, Kid Radd, the Karnak Hates Everything Show, Cuteness²+Evilness³=Kirby, MultiPong Reply... the list would go on and on, but those are all the ones that I really like. It's a shame that four out of the five sprite comics I really like ended. Ah, well. They're still good for rereading.

As for "graphic novels.." it's a shame to say, but I haven't really read any. Or at least, I can't think of any right no--Oh!! Bone. I really like Bone. Or at least the three books I've read of it. But it doesn't look like it's going to get worse, just better.

Don't read too many comics (I miss Sonic The Comic *is punted*). But Manga:
Chobits (It's funny, so what? Honestly, I need to finish collecting it.)
FAKE (dsgdfhfd FAVOURITE. MANGA. EVER.)
... Naruto (Actually, as of late I'm REALLY ANNOYED BY IT but I stay around reading it and in fandom... um... I don't know why.)
Ouran High School Host Club (Can we tell I like the humour stuff?)
I need to read more of Vampire Knight, but that seems alright.
I also have Model, Mars and Alichino, but I'm not so sure about them. Mars is a little too fluffy, Model... I haven't gelled with too much, and Alichino was mainly bought because I adore the artwork.

Manga:

Fullmetal Alchemist :edgy:
Azumanga Daioh
Yotsuba&!
Penguin Revolution

There are many, many that I started reading and loved, but eventually abandoned and forgot the names :sadshoe:

Comics:

Turma da Monica

I'm Brazilian. (or half Brazilian) That's the comic I grew up with. I know pretty much nothing about American comics. v_v

There's a version in English here: http://www.monica.com.br/ingles/index.htm although some of the jokes don't translate well XD But don't be fooled by the childish looks. I love these comics :pearl:

(Also, some of the English version archive links are misdirecting. If that happens, choose to see the page in Portuguese, click the link, and then switch back to English. It works for me at least.)

Manga:

-Berserk
-Jojo's Bizarre Adventure
-Great Teacher Onizuka
-Honey and Clover
-Akira (was phenominal but I hate it when manga gets flopped)

The Bleach manga isn't bad either, I like it better than the anime and I admit to reading around 40 volumes of Detective Conan. Also Dark Horse is slow on releasing MPD Psycho!

Comic:

-The Sandman
-The Maxx

And everyone loves Calvin and Hobbes :phoenix:

Also, as for my list -

American Sequential Art
Nextwave (WARREN ELLIS~)
Runaways (Brian K. Vaughan = awesome.)
Punisher : War Journal (Matt Fraction is the best writer to have come out of anything Civil War related.)
Books of Doom (I just put this in because Ed Brubaker is arguably the best writer at Marvel Comics not named Warren Ellis right now. If I was Joe Q, I'd give less and less projects to Bendis and hold on to this guy as much as I can.)

YOU GOOD SIR, have excellent taste.

Currently, in my notsohappy world of American comics I'm loving...
Cable and Deadpool. And I'll continue loving it until Marvel cancels it this March like the bastards that they are.
X-Factor. Because the only awesome writer working for Marvel not mentioned in Attorney Harman's post is Peter David.
Marvel Adventures: The Avengers. Because the kiddie book has better characterization right now than the main storyline.. Although Mr. Ellis will tell you that none of the main books except Nextwave have been written in the current continuity for awhile because of Anal Skrulls.. But that's why we love him (that and he's probably right).
New X-Men. I think I'm the only person in the world who does. But it's because Santo is that hilarious. God I love his character.
Also, brought home some Nextwave TPBs from work. Love it.

In the happy, can't rape my childhood world of Manga I'm reading...
Tsubasa and xxxHolic. Because CLAMP actually owns a portion of my soul.

Of course it would, it's the only book space you have. :nick:

Mine would have to be the Yu-Gi-Oh! Shadow Games manga. The art is so different in strange (in a good way) and the plot is awesome.

Angel Sanctuary! <3 *dances* I love that manga! the art's amazing.
other than that my bookcase contains Genshiken, DNAngel, Tsubasa, Chrno Crusade, X-Kai, Doll, The Kindaichi case files, One, Immortal Rain, Hyper Rune and Gothic Sports. got some of them for free and a lot of them I bought just to try out at a huge book festival where they sold manga for less than 2 euro... which is about no money at all... (usually, they're around 10 euro) so my friend handed a lot to me he though I might like, and I read them and actually did really enjoy quite a few of them ^^

I don't read much in the way of comics (ie-American comics) I just don't much like them....unless you count the Sunday ones...

But, as far as manga goes....

D.N.ANGEL HANDS DOWN.
I mean...urg.
<--Isn't Daisuke Cute!
Aren't Dark and Daisuke adorable?! (my sig)

Other than that, Naruto is fun. The last chapter just got REALLY good, so I'm excited. I also like One Piece although I haven't read it lately. Death Note is AMAZING, but I hate volume 7 for certain reasons...

Sailor Moon is a classic. You can't hate that. XD

Fruits Basket is cute. Eerie Queerie is fun. Gravitation and Gravitation EX are wonderful. Yu-Gi-Oh! Gawd, Shonen Jump is posting the last chapter next issue, so I'm sad. T_T

Others: Shaman King, Descendants of Darkness, Ouran High School Host Club (I'm just getting into it), Millenium Snow, Angel Sanctuary (!~ Amazing funny in a weird way), HunterXHunter, Jing: King of Bandits, Pretear, Full Moon wo Sagashite, Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne, Yu Yu Hakusho, and so many more that I can't think of right now. XD

Mine is Gokusen, baby! I loved the anime and drama (except season 2) but the Manga had so much back story to it and you get to see how hot Noda,Minami and Uchi can really be...... *drools*
It had more characters, a hell-e-va-lot more adventures and it was just awesome!
A Yakuza heiress becomes a teacher in order to give delinquents another chance at school and she ends up protecting her dear students from petty gangs, getting arrested and parents who shove their careers down their throats. God......I love this manga!
