Thanks you two. *hugs*

Someone once told me I'm the strongest person they've ever met. (emotionally of course)

But, what is strength to him? Being able to tell right and wrong, being able to hide painful memories for a long time? Truth is, I'm not sure that I'm as strong as what he says.

Or the Courtroom.

I'm serious, at least 8 times out of 10 you become friends with people you interact with in Court.

I always pass Judge James "I Keep On Dancing" Harrigan on the way to my office, his office his four floors below mine, and he always throws up a peace sign.

Or their lawyers.

For all his vibe, Lucius Carpenter is very polite and friendly, just not in Court.

Hmmmm....horrible moments in life, huh? Boy do I have a life for you guys. I already shared this info with someone else on the boards, but....DX

I've found that I can't hold a job no matter how hard I try. It's just terribly difficult for me because I am a horrible person and can never get anything done the way people want it. DX I was actually considering becoming a prostitute for a little while because I seriously need money but I can't hold a job :C

Not to mention that everything wrong that could possibly happen to someone like me has happened DX See, I have very low self-esteem, to the point where I've been considered a possible suicide case. :/ So that's bad enough. But then I have people constantly IMing/emailing/commenting on my LJ with things like 'go kill yourself you greasy bitch' and 'you're ugly and I'm going to beat the shit out of you if i ever see you', and making websites specifically to tear me down.

That and I was engaged last year...and then my fiancee told me that she (yes she) doesn't think she'd ever felt 'that way' for me at all and that she was probably confused. Even though I still loved (and still love) her. :/

AAAAAAAND recently I was accused of sexually harrassing someone when all I was doing was things like hugging the person. She said I purposely shoved my face into her boobs, when all I do when I hug all my friends is put my head under their chin in order to get closer to them.

So as you can see, things have been falling apart. And it's only gonna get worse in the coming days. the 13th was me and my ex-fiancee's anniversary...and obviously, the 14th is valentine's day. I don't know how much longer I can take this constant bombarding of crap over and over DX

Wow harsh.
well my life isn't as bad but today i was mean to go to the OC (Oriental City) it has a Sega centre there (arcade) so my friend had to do his media coursework (sunny day today in park)
So he couldn't come he left instruction to a certain person but he said i don't care you not coming (hash)
Well I’m at home and to make matters worse my dads kicking me off the computer (my only source of entertainment).
Because I’m Jewish (well not me but parents) I have Shabbat basically I can't use electricity of cause he can't stop me in my room but that has no internet :(.
As one person says that just prime
Got no internet my computer has no game (have some videos, music and DVD but that’s just it) and nothing else no TV no Wii no friends to go out with at the weekend. Life just great. :sadshoe:

*Reads Oos' post*

Oos, I have some advice for ye that has helped me before:

See, I had originally worked as a paperboy for 4 long years, then I quit when I got a new job. 2 months later I was laid off, and haven't been able to get a job since.

See, you say that you can't hold a job. I can't even get one in the first place. It's been almost a whole year since I was laid off. If you have the motivation to get the job, let me tell you, you will find the job that you'll be able to keep. And it will pay you. It will pay you well. Prostitution will make you pay, and I don't mean with money. I mean with your fate, future, and life.

Next I want to discuss the people who are saying these things: I think it's highly possible that the only reason they would feel like they should make these kinds of things is because of the fact that they feel they don't need to use the time they currently have to do something more productive than attacking the feelings of someone else. I am unsure what "LJ" is though...

However, You say you have a low self esteem. To be honest, I have NONE. If someone asks me to do it, and they present even a MEDIOCRE argument as to why it should be done, I do it. I do this, because I don't have the faith within myself to object to them. I live as everyone's friend, but I also am truly one of the darkest people anyone can ever meet. In fact, it's gotten to the point where I don't even know what my original personality was, so I just implement plenty of false ones, to please others.

As I had previously stated, I was in a 2-year long-distance relationship with someone... She's on the eastern continents, I'm on the Western ones. I learned 3 things:

1. "True love, will conquer many things. It will conquer anxiety, shyness, and even distance."
2. "The greatest thing that can be given to someone is the ability to trust. It surpasses all other emotions, feelings, and needs."
3. "Any decision made by a couple cannot be left unresolved, even if they aren't meant to be together."

I have a question: Do you personally believe she is truly the only one for you? It's not what you think, it's what you truly know. *looks out his window at the sun's reflection off the snow*

What my relationship taught me, was that I made the biggest mistake: Confusing what I think, with what I know. We are still very good friends though. I'm talking to her right now, on MSN, while typing this, actually... But I am getting sidetracked:

What my point is, is that you are much stronger than you will ever know, and you will get better. Life tosses you cool, refeshing water, and it tosses you burning citric acid as well. However, the goal is to take all it throws at you with gratitude. Besides, next time, the water thrown just might contain something you need.

It is not your fault for the sexual harrasment claim either. It was simply a misunderstanding on their part. Some people may not be aware of how you may do something differently, such as a hug, or anything else. It's simply an effect of miscommunication.

The 13th is their birthday, and the 14th is Valentines day... I won't lie, it sounds like a proverbial train wreck, but here's an idea: On the 13th, talk to her and ask her how things are, then on the 14th, celebrate Valentines day with her. Even if nothing comes out of it, you will feel better for it.

But if you truly cannot do that, then you can always spend V-Day with the members of the CR-forums, because lets face it: We look out for one another... for the most part, anyways.

Suicide is the coward's way out of life. If someone is 12 feet behind someone else in a race, they shouldn't just stop running. It's best to finish what you started, and that is life. Keep going until you reach the end of it. The one who gets first in a race isn't the true winner. It's the one who feels the most like a true winner, whether they be one or not.

And that, mi amigo, is a prophecy to live life by.

And scorch? I'll be able to respond later on.

@Anti-suicide arguement;

You do realise calling someone a coward isn't the best way to go about this, yeah?

Also: I have no self-esteem, going down to the point Oos mentioned.

I understand that calling a person a coward isn't the best route. But I'm not being generous. I'm being truthful. If I was trying to comfort, I would've probably been a lot more offensive towards everyone else in my statements, attacking the ex-fiance, the managers of the jobs, and further attacking the people who make the angry "Hate-Sites".

I myself acknowledge many things of my past (though I dislike speaking about myself, which made it hurtful to mention my long distance relationship in vague detail), but one thing that was consistant was that while I always CONSIDERED ending my life, something always came around to make it better.

The true definition of success is not the highest point of one's life. It is how high they bounce back when they hit the bottom.

You will work though the pain you have now. And by doing so, become a stronger person. A better person. You will become what you are solely reaching to become.

Success n 1 the favourable outcome of something attemped 2 the attainment of wealth, fame etc 3 an action, performance that is characterized by success 4 a person or thing that is successful.

[/jackass]

I understood you were being truthful, but suicide isn't really a coward's way out.

[edit] Removed part of my arguement, it's a bit insensitive.

Now, don't be scared! 2½ years is a long time and I'm sure you're going to be in touch with your friends after that too! And if you aren't, I'm sure you'll get new friends. That was actually the case with me. I had some great friends when I was still in elementary school, but as we grew up during high school, I guess we noticed we didn't really have anything in common and we didn't have anything to talk together. I still have them in my MSN, but I haven't talked to them after they graduated a year ago. The happy part is that I befriended with this VERY good person in high school, and I think our friendship has grown stronger during time. I know we might not be living in the same city next fall, but I'm sure we will keep in touch no matter what's the situation then.

I'm incredibly slow at getting things, and I have a speech inpediment, though it usually happens when I read aloud or when I get excited. I also almost died when I was born, I injested some fluids I shouldn't have. And I have a bit of brain damage because of it. It was really bad when I was 4 years old though. I tend to not understand things as easily as others. It's really embarrassing when I mess up, but I tend to laugh at myself for it. The only thing I'm honestly good at is Art, I'm not too great at Academics, but then again most of it was just me being lazy, so I can't really blame my slowness in that.

You talk to yourself?

Man, I SING OUT LOUD while listening to my MP3 Player outside my house! 40 minute walk, I'm pretty sure half the town can hear my voice.

It's pretty bad too, but if it's something by Jamiroquai or Gary Joules, apparantly I have a nice voice for that kind've music.

Same, I talk to myself to get a different opinion on things. Go figure.

A recent secret, I was standing behind my boss with a kitchen knife and wanted to stab her in the top of her back and push to the bottom. She lied on me and didn't defend me during a situation when she knew I was right, then she wrote me up and almost got me fired. She's only been here for 1 month since my old boss got let go and she doesn't have a clue. . .she needed to die for about 10 seconds. Glad I came back to my senses. . .

The sadistic side of me would have loved to see her die for what she did. I mean do people come to work just to mess with other people and stop them from getting a check? Do they have nothing better to do with there life?? I'm sure A.D.A knows someone would could defend me :butzthumbs:
But really I don't understand people like her.

Because I'm terribly bored at the moment and have nothing better to do than play DKC

Spoiler: For no real reason whatsoever
-I dislike the use of smileys on forums.
-My friends list needs serious updating, I honestly don't know who to consider a friend
-I've always been independent since a very young age
-I like PM chats, unfortunately, Pheo will be on a lot less so I have less lulz.
-I enjoy writing non-PW fics
-I think Mother/Earthbound is the best video game series, I think it is better than all the other video game series combined.
-Everywhere I turn there is always a sign about this girl I like, and how it relates to me, its scary, but I ignore it.

Yep, that goes to show how bored I am.

Same here, but not in arguments or anything. Just randomly.

See, instead of Songs, I just say slogans randomly... not, like, RANDOM, random, I mean in the sense that I'll suddenly say it, right after I might've had a completely different tone of voice and state of mind beforehand. (I imitate Atmey's "thinking" sprite when I say my slogans... no clue why. It occurs naturally)

It's strange but true, Holy Hell hadn't broken my heart when compared to people close to me. That indicates that I better stay away from people and become a hermit. What's going on, butz (that means pals)?!?!?

Me too. But only when I am alone. It helps because I feel I can sort things out that way.
Better to talk to yourslef then haven't got an idea what to do and go NUTS!
I was 17 when I joined this forum. During this time I participated in a thread that made light of sexual assault and event making jokes about it. I didn't think much of it at the time other than portraying a villain. I am older, looking back see how unacceptable & disgusting. I removed the comments because I do not wish to condone this behaviour. But of course fragments remain. I can only apologise for any hurt of distress caused.

Man, I SING OUT LOUD while listening to my MP3 Player outside my house! 40 minute walk, I'm pretty sure half the down can hear my voice.

I do that as well xD

Mind you, singing "Suicide Is Painless" is probably the funniest thing - it drives my sister nuts xD
