I was Lightning in this snowy field and opened the menu, but the status character shown wasn't Lightning, it was some blond crew-cut guy in a fur-trimmed outfit. Then I realized that I was playing as this guy who, for some reason, was disguised as Lightning at that moment.
Since this was a Demo Version, it showed me stuff that I usually wouldn't see much later. So in a shop menu, I found all the Equipment in the game, but I could only buy certain kinds at that point, so no getting the super-end-game equipment early on.
Strangely enough, the equipment list included several man equipments, making me think that I would be able to put equipment on Snow and Noel, but I knew that Lightning was the only controllable character. I mean, I get to beat the ever loving crap out of Snow and Noel in Lightning Returns, right? Right?! Right!?
Anyhow, there were DLC equipments that were cameo stuff and one of the sets was Asch's coat and weapon from Tales of the Abyss. Another one was Kratos' outfit and shield from Tales of Symphonia. There was even a picture of Kratos with hipster glasses, like they wear in Persona 4! That was so cool!
Uh, then I jumped to the 8th or 9th Boss Fight, which turned out to be against myself - Lightning. By the way, at this point I was Lightning herself not that guy who was dressed up as her. I guess Lightning fighting herself was like Link fighting his Shadow in Zelda II?
I'm not sure why I dreamt this... the hipster glasses, yes, I watched Persona 4 before going to bed.

Trouble falling asleep, weird dreams of going through the motions of the next day, wake up at ungodly hour of 5 AM, have trouble falling back asleep and continue to have weird dreams until the alarm goes off. And it's only 10:15 PM here and I end up being tired...
Anyhow, in my dream, I dreamt I went to the job I started for this week. Strangely enough, my boss was not the woman I talked to last week, nor her husband, but Foster Dad John - a guy on facebook/livestream who streams videos of the cat mothers and their kittens until they are up for adoption. At some point, he asked me to go pick up Minion - nickname for his son - at his Georgia Tech University or so... had to take a bus there, but I didn't know for sure which bus to take, nor at which station I had to get off... So it turned into one of my weird dreams where I'm wandering around and can't find my way anywhere.

In the first dream, I dreamt I had a twin brother once, but he killed himself five years before with the exhaust of a car, along with a couple of other people. However, I then got somehow put in his body at the time of his suicide, and got him out of the car before he could die, while the other people in the car tried to keep him/me in, but I fought them off. Then I was time displaced back to the current day, still in my dead twin brother's body, while there was also my actual current self there as well. aturally, the five-years younger brother's body looked a lot younger than mine, which was really disconcerting, looking in the mirror and seeing me but a lot younger, in a time when I know I'm much older. That somehow ended with my brother's body being my age, so I was ssentially myself but in a different body, and I have no idea who was in the other one. I also ended up getting my gran to watch Battlestar Galactica in that dream.
The other one I can't remember as much of, but I was an extra in a new Pirates of the Caribbean film, alongside one of my friends. Everything was going as you might expect, with cameras all over big wooden ships in the middle of the sea, and all the stunts of the day going on. However, soon near the end of shooting, another ship showed up, of course another pirate ship, and my friend took command of it, then she started attacking those of us on my ship, with all the cannons and words of the day. We had to defend a film set on the high seas with prop weapons and pyrotechnics, all of which was being filmed. Eventually I managed to get onto the new pirate ship and found one of its treasures...an original, sealed copy of Pokémon Yellow. Once we got away from my now-pirate friend, I immediately set to work looking for a Gameboy Color, and then watched the battle I had just been in on the telly.
So, uh, yeah, those happened.

Also had a dream where I was helping out sending a cheque to myself from the law firm I worked at. This is probably due to not having received the money yet...
And last night, I dreamt I had entered my new school to study to become a legal assisstant and people were gossiping and fighting in class about crap that doesn't matter. The girl sitting next to me got scolded for being sad because her mom was having an affair, then she and the teacher got into a fight and I was just about to tell them to shut the fuck up about stuff nobody gives a crap about and has no purpose in the damn class, but then they went back to the topic of the class. I'm guessing this comes from playing Persona 4 and hearing about them caring in any form of sense about stupid gossip that nobody should care about.

1) Some random kid would be mad at me for something I didn't understand/didn't know I did and I'd get upset and wake up. Had this nightmare for like three years or longer until it finally happened when I was 7.
2) You know the guy in everyone's dream? Apparently for most people he's a nameless good guy. Yeah, well... not for me. For me he was a mafia boss named Big who sat on a tire throne and tried to kill me just because I tried to be friends with his daughter, Small. I had this dream again about a year ago after five years of not having it... It doesn't scare me anymore. As a result I died
... Probably the only non-premonition good dream I've ever really had was about Dragonball Z xD

Was hearing noise and checked in my mom's room, but that was okay and then opened my door and this black guy was climbing in through the window. Slinked into the kitchen and then confronted the guy again in my room, this time holding a fruit knife.
Okay, I know a fruit knife is not the longest blade, but I'm sure it'd be long enough to cause pain and harm! Anyhow, he said he was part of the Andechs Group and picking up and delivering drinks and water bottles. So I let him and another black guy in. H-hey, I have to be intelligent while I'm awake, give me a break when I'm asleep! Anyhow, also checked my phone and saw an SMS from my mom that was basically an ad for Andechs and I thought it was okay.
Still called her and asked her if the Andechs people were supposed to come today. She told me she hadn't called anyone to drop by. So then I started to try to get the guys out and somehow this ended up with a Konishi Saki look-a-like in the ER, about six or seven months pregnant and getting a C Section, almost Twilight Style, but with a scalpel.
Later on, went back to my house and got rid of those guys by thrown glas water bottles at their kidneys.
After waking up and falling asleep again, had a dream where I was talking with my mom's guy. Apparently we were gonna keep his cats for a while and we went outside to get them. They weren't in carriers and it was a sunny, warm day. There were several big, fluffy cats lying around in the streets and I called them all to me so they wouldn't lie down in the middle of the street. So many fluffy kitties~

The first one goes like this: I was playing Mario Party with a few friends, and by "a few friends" I mean the actual Mario characters. I was playing as Mario, and Wario was playing as...Waluigi, I think. Anyways, I got a Mega Mushroom, and I landed on a Star Space, and the star was REALLY expensive...and it was at a gas station for some reason. So I paid up about 7000+ coins for that star.
Then I had another dream that had a Despicable Me theme to it....with a little Batman and Medieval mixed in. So in this Despicable Me-themed dream, I'm at a family reunion for Gru's family. Which probably included a LOT of extended family since the banquet hall we were staying at was jam packed. While there, I saw Gru's 102 year old great uncle fall over, and he can't get up. Gru's terrified to see this happen. But then I remember something....where's Gru's mom? Gru is in a panic to find his mom and to call the ambulance for his uncle. I run with him, when all of the sudden, I'm being chased by a monster resembling the Joker, and I'm suddenly following Sir Daniel Fortesque down a long hallway. He fights off the Joker, when suddenly a monstrous Batman starts chasing us.....then I woke up.
Y'know, with all the wierdness in my dreams now-a-days, I wonder if there really is some sort of deep psychological meaning to all of it?......Or it's just complete and utter silliness and nonsense! XP

Few weeks ago, had a dream that was basically John Grisham's The Firm. I was the main character and my cover was suddenly blown because I was pretending to be someone and the real one showed up. What I did? I threw my hot chocolate into the guy's face, then tried to run.
Well, running never works well in dreams.
I got into an office and then the bad guy followed me, laughing maniacally and having a chainsaw in his hand. He got my arm, he got my thigh and then he got me diagonally on the head and was starting to saw into it, but then I woke up. I had an intensely bad headache right where the saw had gone partly through my head.
I'm not sure if I dreamt that to explain the headache or because the dream caused me to get the headache.

Part of the time, I was in Japan and the other in Germany.
Gackt came along into my school where he helped me work on the Student Council. Which is weird, I never was on a student council, nor did I want to be part of it. At one point I began to hum or sing an Ayumi Hamasaki song that I can't remember which one it was. Also told the Student Council President to stop talking or "Es klatscht" meaning I'd slap her. I dunno why, I think she told Gackt something strange about me.
I'm looking at Gackt's wikipedia page right now and I know my dream was insane because none of the things Gackt ever worked in was a drama somehow called Sakuranbon and something else I can't remember.

Are you stressed? Do you have insomnia, anxiety or are using any kind of medication? These are the most common causes for sleep paralysis.

The first time it happened to me I thought someone had broken into my home and was sitting on my chest to kill me...
When I get it, it's usually when I'm worried about something going on in my life so I guess that makes sense.

As for nightmares, I generally don't have them... I have scary dreams now and then, but no real nightmares. Nightmares are scenarios of dreams that repeat themselves until I wake up, lying like in a mummy. Seriously, that's how I know when I have a nightmare.
