Scream out "FIFTY SHADES OF GREY" and see if that shuts them up.

Actually, Freedom of Speech merely means that you are allowed to openly criticize what the government is doing without being immediately thrown in jail because of it. Freedom of speech does not give you the right to talk like a complete asshole about everyone you meet.

Social Justice Warriors.

Personally I call them Social Justice Authoritarians because they just want to restrict everything like North Korea.

I hate the whole political correctness thing in general. Freedom of speech allows us to say what we want, and allows other people to criticize it as much as they want. But now everything is a trigger and a microagression, destroying expression.

This fucking stupid tv Mexican tv show called La Rosa de Guadalupe. To save the time of anyone out there thinking of watching it: there is an episode were a kid with Aspergers is cured.
And another where a gay dude is cured.By having sex with a girl. No,it's clearly not (meant to be) a comedy, it's supposed to be a serious show with a social message.I just hate people trying to teach a message about something but not doing a five-minutes research in general, but this thing which apparently can be called a tv show is a perfect example.

I wouldn't necessarily say Asperger's can be CURED... but it can be managed, to the point of being made as good as, well, indetectible, let's use that word, with a lot of social therapy.

Yeah, but in the show it,like completely disappeared, not to mention that a lot of the characters in the episode acted like assholes to the poor kid and the ending was like saying "here, let's remove the problem you had with him rather than have the characters learn their lessons. "

Must be made by people who think Vaccinations cause Autism.
Or who think Autism is something that needs to be cured like a disease, not like a mental thing, what it actually is.

You know what really grinds my gears? These people making ginormous stinks and stupid, violent protests against police brutality.

"We portest YOUR police brutality with OUR brutality!" never seems to occur to them.
And you just KNOW that if a white cop had killed a white man, NOBODY would make this huge stink about it.
No, it's only cause a white man killed a black man.
Fuck those people!

*thread title* People who set their earphones to max volume in a public area. I shouldn't be able to hear your music when I'm standing 30 feet (9.144 meters) away from you. Seriously, how loud do you need your music? Loud enough to not hear someone right next to you? Then why are you in a public place? At least listen to good music.

"Possible racism situation = controversy.
"Controversy = popular article.
"Popular article = profit.
"Therefore, possible racism situation = profit."
That's generally the media's line of thinking. It takes so little to control the masses. And that really grinds my gears.

I think about this...then I think back to the days when people carried boomboxes about blasting into the environment.

A guilty pleasure of mine is rolling the windows down when I'm driving (unless I'm on a road on which the speed limit is particularly high) and playing classical music (especially opera) at a loud enough volume that passers-by are likely to hear it unless it's at a quiet part.

I'm a good headphone user! I try to keep my music at a decent level for me to hear but not be audible to others. I even play the music, then take the earphones out and see if I can hear it when they're out. And if someone taps me and says I should lower the volume, I will. With an apology.

My mother once told a chick to turn her volume down and the chick just grinned and said "So~rry~" and didn't. So... when my mom got up to leave the train, her cane accidently-on-purpose stomped onto the chick's toe. The chick looked up and was GONNA say something, but then she saw it was my mom... and didn't say anything. (My mom would've given her the same reaction she gave her earlier)

Haha :basil: .
This happens on the tram every time I'm travelling to and from Uni. I do the same thing and take my earbuds out to see if I can still hear anything.

I've also had people watching videos without headphones and everyone can hear what they're watching clearly. :larry:

OmG, some guy did that a few weeks ago to appease his whining toddler daughter. I couldn't hear it too well (in deviance, I had increased the volume of my music so I don't have to hear it) but it sounded like absolutely trite shit. Kinda wish I had gone over there and blatantly looked over his shoulder at whatever the fuck he was playing. And then whine about it.

:ron: He was playing it to appease his little daughter, how much do you really think Toddler programming is marketed towards you?
I mean I always pack earphones of some form but if I was caught short and I was travelling with my little brother and he was getting distressed I absolutely would play stuff on the bus (albeit as quiet as I could) if it made him happy.

That's the point. It wasn't put quiet at all, everyone on the bus could hear it. (And honestly, it sounded like TV ads to me)

It's not really the point at all, buses are loud, "as quietly as possible" must still be loud enough for people to hear.

But whatever there's no point getting bent out of shape about atrocious acts you considered doing.

They wouldn't know how to use them anyway. They'd probably think the buds would go on your shoulders while placing the volume on max.

The amount of bad press carers get.

I just finished reading a newspaper article. Something simple with aim to shock- about Britain's fattest man. The guy had my sympathy but the writers of the article kept trying to deride and destroy the carers responsible for helping him. Utilising words like "state funded" and asking him leading questions like whether he thinks the carers should feed him all the junk he eats. In fairness the dude straight up says the carers try and get him to cut back and make him eat healthier but then the article closes out with a Doctor saying that it's ridiculous the carers are letting him eat what he wants instead of what he should be eating.

It's like the don't care anything about the guy's own opinion :ron: They have to understand, so long as he is still capable of making decisions people have no legal power to make decisions for him. Be it on his diet or whatever. He's not in a care home so they don't make meals for him, he decides what he wants on his shopping list and the best people can do is help him with that. Carers aren't arbiters of judgement and health, we function as the arms and legs of individuals where they can't. To see them lambasted so when there's nothing that they can legally do to help in the way the "public" wants them to is just upsetting.

Well, he's fat. So obviously he should not be allowed to have judgement of his own because, as we all know, being even slightly overweight means you're a binge-eater and your fatness is your own fault.

You know what really grinds my gears? This delusion of control so many people (especially those in good situations) seem to have when it comes to their lives. People tell themselves that they are where they are because of their actions alone rather than, say, luck. I can understand why such a lie is attractive. After all, it's never fun to believe that your apparent success in life is due to the help of others and/or the sheer luck of being in the right place at the right time. To be certain, people's actions can and often do play a role in where they stand now, but it is naïve to assume that it is the only factor in a person's fate. Who paid for your education? Who taught you the skills you needed to get to where you are now? What misfortunes could have sealed off the path you took? Your actions are not the only reason why you are where you are now. You were born into the right family, you got the right education from the right people, you applied for the right jobs at the right time, you didn't suffer the wrong injury or illness, you didn't have to sacrifice your future to help someone you care about, and much more.

What drives me nuts about the "it was all me" delusion is that people who subscribe to it are prone to looking down on anyone for whom things didn't turn out just right and using that perception to justify not helping anyone who can't get by on their own. No one will hire you even though you're fully qualified? Your fault. Can't save up for college because the only jobs available to you don't pay well enough? Your fault. Can't get a decent job because of a physical disability? Your fault. "Pull yourself up by your bootstraps." With all due respect (by which I mean you are due no respect), [censored] you and your Randian delusions; you've probably had your bootstraps pulled up by someone else most of the time, but you pretend to never see it. Even if you're as competent as you think you are, competence alone didn't get you where you are.

You know what really grinds my gears? Cyclists who think they can lecture me when not wearing a helmet.

You guys have NO FUCKING RIGHT to tell ME a FUCKING SHIT IOTA about SAFETY when YOU ARE NOT WEARING A HELMET WHILE RIDING YOUR BICYCLE!! And I'm pretty fucking sure that, if you DID knock into me, my head injury would be less severe then yours because I'd only be falling from a height of 1.64m where as YOU would fall from about 2m FROM A MOVING OBJECT! YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO TELL ME ABOUT SAFETY WHEN YOU'RE NOT WEARING A HELMET! My mother was safety-conscious when she was driving her moped (sort of motorcycle but not quite motorcycle). Even in heat like this AND WORSE, she wore a long-sleeved shirt and pants so that in the event of falling, she wouldn't lose several skin layers cause she drove with unprotected arms.

I know right?!

Like that crazy guy who was shooting at the car in the news the other day? One of the passengers in the car wasn't even wearing their seat belt! How DARE they press charges against him when they clearly weren't taking proper precautions themselves!

In a serious note, I do worry for the amount of people going about without helmets on...but saying they aren't entitled to an opinion just because they aren't wearing a helmet is a bit much. Safety on the Road starts with you but it doesn't end there, there's plenty of outside factors from drivers and the like that can cause accidents. Of course if this is a pavement incident I'm guessing they aren't worried as much because a fall isn't as bad as getting hit by a car (though obviously a helmet should still be worn).

What actually happened though? Did a cyclist almost hit you or something?

That happened? German news didn't cover it, so I have no idea.

I was crossing the bikepath to the light to cross the street to the mall. Some macho (and he looked like a macho, with those huge-ass shutter-like sunglasses) passes me by on the bikepath saying I should look before crossing, it's dangerous to not do that. I just told him "Wear a helmet" though not in a very loud voice, so I doubt he heard it.
Should've yelled "WEAR A FUCKING HELMET!" in English. Maybe he'll fall, get a concussion and start wearing a helmet.
My mother always made sure that when I rode my bicycle I always wore the helmet. No letting me ride without one.

Also: a pavement incident is not that bad? The road is kinda pavement, too. It still hurts like shit to fall on it, especially if you're on a bicycle and were in motion, where you also get the whiplash of suddenly stopping. When my mother fell off her bike, she fell on big stones and grass. That was when her left arm got an open fracture - because she instinctively put her arm over her chest to protect her lungs and heart. Didn't have a headache, cause she was wearing a helmet. (Also, she ended up getting morphine for the arm, so...)
Just cause it's side-walk pavement doesn't mean it hurts any less than road-pavement.

I said not AS bad. Falling and hitting the pavement is yeah pretty painful but compared to say...getting hit by a truck on the road or ending up under a car...yeah it's not AS bad.

Just cause it's side-walk pavement doesn't mean it hurts any less than road-pavement.

C-A

I said not AS bad. Falling and hitting the pavement is yeah pretty painful but compared to say...getting hit by a truck on the road or ending up under a car...yeah it's not AS bad.

There's also a cultural aspect involved which might cause some friction here. Germans as well as the Dutch love their bikes. (in 2013 Germans have an average of 0.8 bike per inhabitant making it the 3rd highest in the world, Dutch is number 1 with an average of 1.1 though) It's in our culture to start very young with learning how to ride bicycles so when a child finishes elementary he's already a master of the bike since he/she has multiple years of consecutive experience.
Wearing a helmet for riding a bike would almost feel like wearing a helmet when you need to cross a street by foot. (Bicycle races excluded)
Face your emptiness don't be afraid. The danger is often smaller than your fear.

I am German (Half-American), was raised in Germany and I was raised that I WEAR A DAMN HELMET when riding my bike. I admit, I haven't ridden a bike in a while, I can get around just fine with public transport or by foot. It doesn't matter if it's like "wearing a helmet when I cross the street" (just FYI that could be seen as a pretty nasty jab to people who have to wear helmets at all times due to seizures) it's a matter of safety and simple logic.

Doesn't matter how good I am at riding a bike, I can't foresee if maybe some other cyclist crashes into me and sends me flying. Or, like in my mother's case, the wheel gets caught in loose stones, the bike stops abruptly and I go ass-over-teakettle over the handle bars. Or when riding the bike across the street (which technically shouldn't be done) some driver isn't gonna stop in time despite the red light and still knock me over. Or even falling by my own fault, like my foot slips or gets caught in the tire, I lose my grip on the bars, I balance myself badly and fall. Or maybe next time I yell at someone for not looking when crossing the bike path, that person suddenly sticks a branch into my tires and forces me to fall, like how I wanted to do with that asshole.

It's just plain logical to wear a damn helmet.

You know what really grinds my gears?

Fair-weather support for a system. I'll grant that it's mostly the recent behavior of the far right in my country that has me fuming over this kind of hypocrisy, but I readily recognize that there are plenty of people on the left who are also guilty. For example, back when same-sex marriage had less popular support, you were more likely to see supporters of same-sex marriage trying to invoke states' rights. After the tide turned, however, the opponents of same-sex marriage became the ones making the "states' rights" argument. If you're going to argue for majority rule, argue for it even when the majority is against you. If you're going to extol the virtues of judicial review, do so even when the courts rule against the side you support. If you're going to argue for decentralization, do so even when your local government enacts policies you oppose. It's dishonest to treat a system as good only when the system works in your favor. If you're using the "it's the law" argument to justify one of your views, ask yourself this: would you abandon the view you hold if the law wasn't on your side? If the answer is "no," then don't use the "it's the law" argument.

You know what really grinds my gears? Minecraft fanboys and FNAF fanboys.

If you are a game developer, or at least a gamer, you know exactly what I am talking about.
Minecraft was created for all ages, as a game, and just a game only. It was meant to be 'cavegame'. When the Minecraft 6.0 updates were launched, so were the kids.

Kids nowadays are totally annoying, especially at Minecraft. 50% of the juvenile players are trolls, 5% are just players, 20% are whiny kids, and the other 25% are total wannabe MLG kids.

I am DEAD SERIOUS. It was our horror and most hated part of internet. I know that PewDiePie made them do it. PewDiePie is such an influential immature gamer, for those who don't know PewDiePie.

But it was just the beginning of our worries...

Back to the topic... you know what mostly grinds my gears? FNAF fanboys.
Five Nights at Freddy's is a horror game. A mild psychological horror game.

I know, it does not make sense; how come those animatronics are able to physically walk? Even if they're haunted, the structure of animatronics cannot allow them to walk, because they're only standing on a fixed position.
But that's not what I'm talking about. I'm talking about the people getting all hyped with it.

What's the big deal? Did Freddy slept with Chica? Are they looking for an easter egg, like a cow animatronic?

I have NO idea. The kid fandom came out of nowhere.

Besides, what were they thinking, playing FNAF? That is horrible parenting.

FNAF is pissing me off nowadays. There's not a single public chatroom on a gaming community website that does not have at least someone talking about FNAF.

I hate it, I'd rather watch The Ring inside a ring. Or do a catwalk on a sandy beach for 12 hours.

You know what completely grinds my gears, like an egg yolk crushed by a wrecking ball? Fanmade FNAF things.

Firstly, the fanmade games.

Why do they exist? Well, it's in every gaming fandom. We can't avoid it. But why do they produce such a waste of time? Even Touhou fanmade games and Ace Attorney fanmade cases are worth playing. Or playing fanmade board games and rocks. Even Minecraft was a victim of this! What were they thinking?!

Do you know? In GameJolt, there are over 3,000 fanmade FNAF games, and still growing.

And it's just one gaming community site! There are like gazillion FNAF games made in just a few seconds!

I know, Minecraft was also slaughtered by this diarrhea-inducing phenomena. The game was severely plagiarized and people started making ripoff games out of it.

But then comes FNAF!
You DON'T FUCK WITH THE FNAF FANDOM!

And what the fuck is with the names and ideas they came up with? What kind of para-dichlorobenzene are they smoking?!

Five Nights at Fuckboys series. What the fuck, did Fred Fuchs ate FNAF and shat it out with a Unity ass?
One Night at Flumpty's. I'm sorry, I'm confused. This is ridiculous.
Five Nights in Anime. Yeah right. More like Five Nights at Furry's. Just look at this! Does this look like Vanilla Anime for you?!
Five Nights at Wario's, Five Nights at Treasure Island, and...
Five Nights at Krusty Krab...? Did they ever ask Nickelodeon for permission to use SpongeBob trademark?
Five Nights at Candy's, Fazbear Entertainment, Return to Freddy's...
Five Nights at Minecraft? Fuck, I knew they would make one.

It goes on and on and on! And it's just one page of all 121 pages! What a bunch of fucking bullshit!!!
It's like LJN rose back from the dead and called its minions!
It's like some kind of massive breeding of FNAF!

This is just utterly disappointing. No, this is completely getting out of hand, this is macabre independent game development.

Why did God let this happen? God knows why.

Almost everyone I met are fond of FNAF. You guys could let me know if you're not.

And lastly... the animations.
Oh sweet Moon. This is really disgusting me.

The animations simulate Five Nights at Freddy's, in a nutshell, basically. Well, that's one big apeshit of a nushell.

All the animations don't make sense, because it doesn't have to. Even Minecraft animations make sense. But this, is something you're only satisfied at, either because you're high or bored. Don't watch this while drunk, trust me. I've learnt that from a greasy hobo with pointy hair, drinking grape juice all day long.

Anyway... the animations suck. How so? Because it's FNAF.

1. Why waste your time making absolute crap?
2. Why the fuck would anyone watch Five Nights at Freddy's animation when we could just play the game with much better graphics?

That's our lesson for today. FNaF really needs to delete itself, just like what Flappy Bird did.
I mean, it has a bad reputation for many people. There are many game developers I met that loved FNaF but hated the fanboys.

So, what would I rather do?
I'd wanna take a pee on Bear Grylls's cup of iced pee tea and drink it along with an albatross's ballsacs and then take a dump on space.

Do you expect me to say that? Probably not. Neither would you expect the horrible experience of the annoying people on the internet.

Neither the case, I think both Minecraft and FNaF used to be great games. I think they deserve being free from leeching numbnuts who think they can do better.

Minecraft used to be a sandbox where the sky is the limit.
FNaF used to be a horror game about a guy getting followed by animatronics mistaking him for an animatronic, a haunted pizza shop.

And then everyone screws them up, and butchered the point of the games into million pieces.

That's what grinds my gears.
If all of them are happy, then I shall be happy too.

The end of nonsense is near.

Whoa. Such Rage. I'm afraid I'll have to take your side, Alexander. I always hated MLG Fanatics. Especially those who are FNaF. Come to think of it, you wanna know what grinds my gears?

GETTING FRIEND REQUESTS FROM FNAF FANS!!! Especially some mindless piece of crap idiots who think nothing but to make useless games. Like AJ said, those games are crappish, and absolute nonsense. Piece of Crap. Nothing to be used. Also, if anyone asks me to make a FNaF Game or develop some with them... Fuse Blown.

"Five Nights in Anime"? Get Real, Mariusu, More like, "Perversed Five Nights at Freddys". Piece of idiotic crap. Not to mention, those "FNaFB" Games or any games with the "F***ing" titles? Those games almost blow me up. Sure, I'm working on a game that has some FNaF Stuff at it, but it's completely different! More like it has 90% Touhou and 10% FNaF. Correct. No Jumpscares, no animatronic silly walks.

Also, Immature Freaks. I say something nice, they fight back with immature nonsense and sometimes MLG-Craps. I demand satisfaction! MLG is some pathetic, crappish, damned thing that I wished that it would never exist! It's really freaking evil! I'm a Grammar Police, and I can't just stand those MLG Games. I feel like teaching those fools how to spell correctly before making a game.

I'd say AA Fangames or Touhou Fangames are 1000% worth playing. They're completely playable. You know why. But I can't say I like AA Fangames that has the same thing over-and-over-and-over.

Speaking of Five Nights, the Security Guard himself could've just shot the animatronics and run to escape the Pizzeria instead of just sitting there, watching drama and getting himself killed. Five Nights at Freddy Sucks Hard. GameJolt is completely polluted by Five Nights stuff. Well, that's all what I should say now. The rest, AJ said.

I don't give a crap if this post gets ignored by everyone, but that's it! I always wish those games would've been wiped out and Scott Cawthon never thought of making this silly, stupid, idiotic, mindless game. Forgot to say, One Star in my game without a reason... Just makes me very angry. They'll have no idea what will happen to themselves later.

Forgot to say one another thing: AJ made some efficient points there.

To those who are regulars of this forum: "What is good? Being Mature or IMMATURE?"

'Scuse me. That post was made and had some things, and I replied him because I'm 100% sure no one here will reply any of us, and anycase, You Wanna Know What Really Grinds My Gears?! Look Below. Be careful, Long Text Ahead:

First of all, I agree. FNaF Games are very annoying. You wanna know something? I keep getting pestered by FNaF Fanatics. Keep getting requested to be their "friend". To protect my statute, I had to accept a few, but then I brang up a new Statute, but they still keep on, sending me FR's. You wanna know something? I don't accept any of thems. Decline them. Decline them all!

Also, as far as I can tell you, I have only a few. Very, very, very, very, very few. But don't worry. I'll unfriend them later as well. Stupid Jerks. Before they start asking me to "help" developing in their games.

Come to think of it, I hate Immature Creeps. They're like bugs. Needless things to be crushed. If there was such thing called "Wish-Granting Genie", the first thing I'd wish would be to turn all Immature Punkholes to Mature Folks.

I remembered one day when I advised someone to be mature, pah. Immediately insulted me and Phantasar, and when I started "flattering" him, he still insulted in a mixed way of rudeness, and said I'm just depressed because I grew up fast, and told me not to judge. Not to mention, when I pointed out a contradiction in his game's maturity rating, he just told me to deal with it. What to do? I immediately reported that stupid, immature, pathetic, man who has no shame of a man. Well, his game got deleted, but he didn't got banned, which made me still abit angry.

Come to think of it, do others even think about Copyright Infringement? Like AJ stated, everyone started cloning, making things and all and all on whatever and even started making FNaF Clones and Fangames and such. Don't you think an overdose of these pathetic little games are useless and what a great time to waste? HUH?! I mean. Look at the other fangames. Touhou and Ace Attorney Fangames are 15 Times Better to play rather than those stupid games. But what to do? Everyone has their eyes on these stupid, crumpled, moth-eating games those don't deserve being famed.

Thank god those aren't featured on any Indie Gaming Sites, but COME ON! *desk slam* Does any of these games supposed to be made? These stupid, useless duplicates? *teary-eyes* And what do you propose me of? Just let them make these games? Just allow them to throw immature dribles at you? Just allow them to rate one star on my great games and other folks' greatest games? You want that?

*sniffle* I don't know about all that, but that's that. I just can't stand FNaF for a single minute. If I even look at FNaF Games... Nuclear Explosion. All enough to make me angry. Not to mention, One Star Ratings on my games without a single reason doesn't deserve to live on Indie Gaming Sites. They all should've been banned, anyways.

And especially what would you do if a friend doesn't care about you!? I've seen friends like these in my life, and I can't even stand them! I feel like they're more like my enemies instead of "friends". Hah! "Friends". More like Enemies who have no life. And especially since I'm lonely, and which is the prime reason of me cutting time on the internet 24/7.

You guys may not believe this, but... I'm crying somewhat right now when I was writing this post. And whatever AJ wrote... makes double sense. These things are really, really, really evil things ever! **** FNaF Games! :sob:

P. S.: These tears are angry tears.

I don't "know" PewDiePie but CaptainGamer made a FNAF video with clips of his voice - not a video I liked. Maybe it's because I lacked context or the voice was just not my cup of tea, but it just sounded so annoying to listen to. I'd rather hear the drill at the dentist than PDP's voice.

Um, quite honestly, I probably would let a kid play FNAF - not a YOUNG kid like age 5 - 9, but age 10 or 11 onward, I probably would. Because FNAF is not very scary. Or, to be more precise, jumpscares are not scary. It's not even very good at being psychologically scary. Outlast and its DLC, those are disgusting and I wouldn't let a kid play them. I'm in my 20s and I probably wouldn't play the game myself, either.

Because Scott shat out a game and people love it for some stupid reason.

And as said before, I don't like FNAF or its prequel, sequel or whatever's still coming. It wasn't scary the first time around, it wasn't scary the second time around and attempting things onward is not scary. Not Scary + Not Scary + Not Scary = NOT FUCKING SCARY!!

Why even associate with them, then? :eh?:

Think about it.
The guy is trapped inside the place for some reason, and then the animatronics start to go looking around, walking around for some stupid reasons I don't know. When they see you, they put an animatronic shell on you. And that thing has screws and all kinds of mechanical bullshit, which kills you sadistically.

That's just horrible for a kid to know.
If all of them are happy, then I shall be happy too.

You know... I always wonder how come Scott decided to make the Guard: Uncontrollable, Frozen, Motionless and especially without having something for self-defense. I don't get it.

CatMuto: I don't, actually. We always end up breaking our friendship sooner or later.

Animatronics are usually made out of steel. The bullets would ricochet around, hitting himself. There's no way killing a living chord of steel with a gun.

Not even by shooting Lava? :dahlia:

Too bad, there's no such thing as a Lava Bullet. :that-b-word:

Dangit! Then he could just kick them and run and GTFO from the pizzeria to save his own life!
