For me it would be the first time I saw a forum when I was 10 years old. I had no idea whatsoever on how they worked, but for some weird reason, I thought the members were quoting other people all the time. Like perhaps you e-mail these people and they post what you say on the forum? So there I went, e-mailing some total stranger about my favorite Pokemon. Let me tell you, when I got an IM from the guy, that was incredibly awkward
But he set me straight with how a forum works, and the rest his history.

I had just transferred to a new school because we moved, and on my very first or second day, we went to see a presentation in the gym. During the presentation, I had to go to the bathroom, so I asked if I could.
I moved quickly and without looking at anyone to the bathroom, lest anyone notice the new kid standing up during a schoolwide presentation- I kinda wish I'd looked a little harder, considering I used the girl's bathroom.
I had to walk out to see kids pointing and laughing, and I remember my face was bright red.
Everything sure was pink in there...

Anyway, the Princess Maker games (for those who don't know) is pretty much a PC sim game where you're given a daughter "by the gods" or something, and you raise her. Depending on how well/badly you do your job, there's multiple endings. She can become the queen and marry a prince, be a working girl, etc.
So I was playing Princess Maker about when I was 12 years old or so, and I saw this clothing item called the "undress."
...I was 12. And naive. And I had no idea what it did, but I was curious. So I put it on the daughter and... bam.
Now there's this fully naked 10 year old anime girl on my monitor while my mother's behind me. I'm sitting there in a panic, trying to find a way to close the game and get it off my screen while my mom does nothing but stare at me.
Awkward.

But, I do alot of embarassing things. But if anything, I find my doodles to be some of my most embarassing things ever. I just kinda draw stuff during classes (school is too boring and easy for me), and occasionally teachers confisgate them. Yeah. Not fun.

When I started middle school, I learned quite a few new words, the most prominent of which would make me the school target of for nearly a year. That was when I first heard the N-word. Of course, I didn't know the right way of pronouncing the word correctly in the right context (note: the way most rappers use the word), and being a clueless white kid in a mostly-black school at the time... well, you can probably tell what I did, I'm sure. Needless to say I was fearful for my safety for most of the year, especially after a few other isolated incidents.

Damn your overwhelming logic~ I err, honestly don't remember anything about the code/debugging. I tried to google it just now to see how complex it could/could not have been. I guess I wasn't as pure hearted back then as I thought I was.
All I recall is wondering what it did, and consequently the "OMG WHY IS THERE A NAKED GIRL ON MY SCREEN" thoughts that followed.

One time about 6-7 years ago, my family was on a trip. During that trip, we saw MANY MANY Pontiac Transports. I said, "the next time I see one of those, I'm gonna scream." Anyway, when "we returned, we went to my town's rental shop. When I left with the rented game, I saw (what I thought to be), a Pontiac Transport. So, I yelled, at the top of my lungs, right in front of the Transport, "UAAAAAGH!!!!! A TRAAAANSPOORT!" The people in the car just stared, and stared, and stared.
Also, when I was "surfing" the internet on my brother's file on the computer, so I wouldn't get caught. Little did I know that his Windows Media Player keeps history.
Paraphrasing, this was the conversation.
I was such a poor liar back then.
"(my name which I will not disclose due to the chance of my brother surfing this site), could you come down here for a second?"
I walk downstairs, to hear:
"umm... tega(which is NOT my name), have you been doing anything on my file?"
"Umm... uhh... No?"
"Y'know, my WMP keeps history..."

About a few years ago, I finally got a new mattress for my bed. The old one was on the floor of the living room. You see, I was at my room doing my usual business on the internet just chatting around. Then sister called me, who was in the living room. I rushed over to her... and suddenly slipped, crashed into the mattress, and somehow landed on my butt. It ached for about a week or more. Why? Because, apparently my mom was cleaning the floor with her mop...
My mom and my sister cracked up.

b) Letting off a string of swearwords that would have got me in detention for the rest of the year.
I, for absolutely no reason, started to cry. Then, to make sure every last scrap of dignity was gone, Miss Zetell forced me to go back into the classroom. Then, to roll over my dignity with a steamroller, she passed my homework around the class a few days later.
Miss Zetell is now our head of year, and still hates me and my friends for no reason.
My friends and I still hate Miss Zetell.

I had a teacher like that, who overall was just a cruel-minded moron and didn't even care about "teaching". We had a similar conversation to yours, only instead of just walking off and crying, I tackled her obese ass and I got expelled promptly afterwards, but for a second grader, that's not a huge issue.

I was in my desk...just thinking...but others thought I was looking at a girl's legs (my eyes were fixed in that direction...but I really wasn't looking at anything. just thinking...daydreaming).
my friends started making jokes about how I was that girl's boyfriend and the such. it was quite embarrassing at the time. even the girl looked at me in a really strange manner for quite some time. :p

So what did I do?
I gave the entire class the double-deuce. That's right, both birdies. Double middle-finger ownage.
I got in-school-suspension for the rest of the day... It was totally worth it.
EDIT: The smell was some dog doo that was on my shoe.

2. I was in a game shop and i took a game out to show my friend. The stall collapsed and cause a domino effect, knocking down around seven other stalls.
3. I was on a double decker bus. I was pretending to push my friend down the stairs when the bus stopped short resulting in me firing down the stairs and dropkicking an old woman at the bottom.
4. I walked out of a store holding around 30€ in stuff and got away with it. (I'd forgotten about them)
5. I took off my boxers in a MIXED changing room, by accident.
