Disney and comic books don't really mix, just saying. Marvel was better off without Disney, & the only reason why Disney would buy Marvel is because they thought it'd be profitable, which isn't a good sign. I swear, if there's an X-men & Jonas Brothers cross-over, then I'll stick with DC comics from now on. God, I feel sick just thinking about it.

But like Neo said, Marvel now has more oppurtunity to make better films now that they have access to more money.

I mean I hate the Disney Channel lineup(except for Phineas and Ferb...) as much as anyone, but I seriously doubt any functioning human would even see any oppurtunity for profit by combining them with Marvel comics....... :lana:

I LOVE PHINEAS & FERB. IT'S ****ING EPIC.

But on-topic, I dunno what you're talking about. Since when have the Marvel movies ever lacked special effects? They have plenty of money, more money is just wasted. Sure, they've got more money, but they never needed it in the first place. And disney runs the shots now. This is not a good thing, I don't understand how you could justify it.

I guess we'll just have to wait and see what will really happen as a result of this... :udgy:

When I say that Marvel could use some financial help, I was reffering to the dwindleing comic industry. This will allow them to create new comics and heroes without risking financial consequences.

Also the worst thing to happen between DC and Warner Bros, was that Batman (in his campier days) guest starred in a few Scooby Doo episodes. If we get a Spiderman/Incredibles/Darkwing Duck crossover then I'm all for it.

Finnaly. Marvel could publish comics of Disney's heroes ( Alladin, The Little Mermaid, Hercules, Mulan).

First of all, I have the video of the Batman/Scooby-doo crossover, unfortunately. And your whole post made me hate this even more. Poor Marvel, I honestly hope nothing you stated comes true, if anything, Marvel's going to lose money because nobody's going to buy a Spiderman/Incredibles/Darkwing Duck Crossover. Ugh, excuse me, I have to go throw up.

I honestly doubt there will be many--if any--crossovers due to this business development.

And I doubt Pixar is going to make any Marvel-based films, either. Why people are thinking this is beyond me.

I'm quite confident that this will mostly just be a way for licencing things, i.e. movies, merchandise, and other crap like that.

Guys, WB owns DC and Disney owns Marvel. I've came to terms with it and so should you.
