I'm currently Single and I'm perfectly fine with it since Love is a complicated thing and I'm not ready for it yet. So, I'm Single by choice.
Otherwise, I would probably have Girlfriend by now. In high school, many of the girls liked me since I had such a great personality and hoped they would marry someone like me someday. But they didn't like me because of my "appereance" and they more interested in looks then personality.

On-topic: Yeah, I'm single, and it's mostly because most girls from where I come from either hate the stuff I'm into (Animé and Videogames), or dislike me personally. Mind you, I don't really trust relationships that much nowadays ever since an incident wherein a girl just walked up to me and yelled, "I WANNA BE YOUR GIRLFRIEND!" in my face and ran away. Freaky. :/
Not that being single's bad; at least I have a lot of time to troll for hot girls with big boobs and nice asses. :P
Of course, even THAT has landed me in some trouble more than a few times already... Yeah, you know what I'm talking about. The "accident".

I'm actually the same way. I keep my crushes so well hidden and secret that most of them never even knew. And the ones I tell later after the feeling is gone are like "O_o Orly?". Deep down, I'm a sucker for any good romance that doesn't involve me. I dunno. There were tales of broken hearts and sour relationships everywhere in high school and it left me with the feeling that it just isn't worth it. I'm in college now and I still am of the opinion that it's not worth it. I'll be that crazy old witch who lives with no one but her cats. Then when those darn neighborhood kids break my window with a baseball, I'll probably yell at them and chase them down the street waving my cane.

I chatted with my friends yesterday and they were like "What? You still have no boyfriend?!", and they meant that I deserve one sooner or later. Well, I partially accuse my extreme shyness for this and my weird interests. In junior high I was the nerd-magnet, but those people were again too shy to confess.
Also, I have very low interest in Finnish men, probably because of my hatred of stereotypical drinking, beerbellied Finnish men.
I find some nice guys here and there, but they're always taken. So I don't mind dating a foreign person, because I've never been happy living in this country either.
So, yeah, I wish I had a significant other.

I'm in college right now and I gotta say that I have never had a single girlfriend. A part of it is the fact that I'm not a flirt and I guess I'm a bit shy in that category. I have friends who are girls and I talk to girls alot and they think I'm nice and all so its good to know I'm not a geek! Lol. But I guess I'm mostly this way because I'm just waiting for a special someone. Of course I don't know who it is, but I also just don't wanna date any other girl either. I guess it sounds kinda dumb, but thats the way I feel about it, and I'm sure I'll know when I find the right girl.
