Shouldn't the people who want to be married really be ones to worry about their children?
It's their decision in the first place, and for all we know, they might not even have children!
It actually says "out of concern for any children the couple might have".

I mean, Jeebus, if you wanna get married, get married! Nobody should stop another person from marrying the person they love!
