Oh I bet this topic gets a bit hairy....

I'm a vegetarian. Although I love the smell of meat cooking -__-

I couldn't be a vegan though, I'm a cheese addict.

Haha, I see the same thing happening

That's because of casein, an addicting protein in dairy.

Oh nice -__-

I'd be so much healthier as a vegan because I'm Lactose Intolerant. But I just prefer cows milk and cheese etc.

I'm not a vegetarian and I don't mind other people practicing it all that much but there's this one guy who won't shut up every time I eat something with the slightest trace of animal in it. Be it eggs, cheese, or even gummy bears, he relentlessly tries to convert me to veganism and it drives me nuts.

Sometimes I have to eat my food slowly just to scare him away... :edgeworth:

Haha, my sister is like that.

I also have friends that do just the same thing, they are meat-eaters and won't leave me alone any time I eat anything. EVER.

Yeah it's them people that make us ALL look like nutters -__-

I couldn't give a shit about what other people eat which is why it annoys me when people bitch about vegetarianism.

I used to be a vegetarian.

I still would be if my parents hadn't forced me back. -_-

Also, my best friend is a vegetarian, so I feel REALLY bad about eating meat around her. ((so I never do. DX))

I don't really see the point in veganism - it's not like it's hurting the animal to get milk or cheese or anything. -_____-;;

What? First of all, unless your school makes 100% of their food with animal products, I don't think it would be that hard to make more food without meat in it. Second, you shouldn't have to be "forced" to eat something vegetarian/vegan. And saying that all vegetarians are constantly a burden to everyone else is just silly.

Maybe your friend is just crazy.

My school makes 97% vegetarian things and that's fine except that means the only delicious things available are junk food...

Maybe that's just because 97% of schools make shit food. The only vegan things at my school would be salad bar (which is impossible to eat, considering that people that take the ham and cheese throw it in the vegetables), Oreos, and Smuckers PBJ sandwiches.

And the Oreo's and PBJ are expensive :larry:

There is a thing called 'not eating it'. Not sure if you're familar with it, you fat cunt.

Actually when my school does decide to make food with meat in it, it tastes pretty good............

Dairy farming is really harmful to the environment, so actually vegan's have a good point.

I'm not vegetarian, I eat poultry, but I don't eat fish or red meat (I usually choose vegetarian options over meat ones, even meats I like).

Oh and Yaragorm:

a) Bring food to school.
b) Complain to the board.
c) Stop complaining about it, because you're obviously too lazy to do anything about it.

I'm not a vegetarian/vegan, but I have a bunch of friends who are. There are many valid reasons to go vegetarian/vegan, and while I don't practice it, I fully respect my friends' decisions. They don't criticize what I eat and I don't criticize what they eat, so everyone gets along just fine. But I do enjoy vegetarian/vegan food, even though I am not a vegetarian/vegan...

And where do you suppose I get this stuff?
I don't earn any money and there's barely any food in the house...

I rarely eat dinner or breakfast. Most of the food I eat comes from school or that rare time when my dad goes out and buys snacks...

Well then your parents need a fucking lesson in parenting.

No offence.

Their job is to raise you properly. That includes making sure you get an education, keeping a roof over your head and, oh yeah, FEEDING YOU.

Seriously, what do you have against vegetarians? :/

I'm a vegetarian. Raised that way, actually. I've eaten meat on occasion, but I don't find it OMFGAMAZING enough to, y'know, change.

My ex-best friend was a vegan, though, and she was CONSTANTLY trying to force it on me. It's people like that that I can't stand.
