Actually, he was stabbed first (a guy tried to rob him), then, while he waited for an ambulance, asked for a coffee, as if nothing had happened.
Man: "Hey there. Capuccino, please."
Bartender (whatever you wanna call him): "Coming right- What the hell you have a knife in your chest."
Man: "What!?!? ...Oh, this. Yeah, the ambulance's on its way."
Bartender: "..."
Man: "Hey, that cappuccino isn't gonna make itself, y'know."

A man, drunk walks into the hospital with a knife lodged inside his back. Except, he was delusional and felt no pain, and because he couldn't reach behind and feel it with his hands, he didn't believe that there actually was a knife in his back. The doctor took xrays to make this man believe there was a knife in his back so they could operate. He was being unruly and disobedient to the doctor, and collapsed in the parking lot. Then he went in for surgery, and it was scary to watch.
