I've been interested in this one girl for years (and I've know her for years. Not a stalker here, guys)

Every time I go to a party and she's there, the party usually being hosted by another friend of mine, she does the same thing: She flirts and flirts and flirts with a guy she has just met for the first time, does nothing with him and then leaves.

I talk with her occasionally throughout the night and does the same things, over and over again. Her friends will want her to dance with them, so I tell her that she should go dance with them and she replies "No, you just want to see me dancing." Then she still blows off her friends and flirts with the other guy. When she hugs the 'guy of the night' she'll do things like poke her tongue out at me and the such, she'll also accept all of his flirting (no matter how indecent or space intrusive it is) whilst I am having a conversation with her (even to the point of her lying on him, him rubbing her fingers and shoulder).

Honestly, I've about given up on her. I mean, if she actually did anything with these guys of the night I'd have given up on her long ago. But she doesn't. It just seems so...immature to me. Of all the girls I've met, she is the most confusing.

And, before anyone asks, all my guy friends are dating. I am literally the only single one amongst them, so I often eventually get forgotten as the night/day progresses.
