Post subject:  Real Mock Trials!!!
As you may know (if you read the text below my avatar) I am a mock lawyer.
I am going to post our trial case materials every time I get a case. These are real mock trials. THis one is part of the Tennessee state championships.

These are the case materials. They contain witness's scope of questions (information for the witness to answer questions about) Questions by lawyers must be within these scopes. It's really interesting just like a Phoenix Wright case. Has everything except the lawyers questions.

no its mock it even says so on the case materials.

By real mock trials I mean that they are used in the state competitions.

WTF? no those are called spelling bees.

These are where high school students compete in trials with case materials given to them. Its just like real court without the investigation. Please read the case too.
