Hard liquor: Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, or Jack Daniel's Whiskey Beer: Guinness, Sam Adam's Boston Lager, Leffe, Hoegaarden Wine: I dunno good wine, but I like good wine. Also, yes, Mike's Hard Lemonade/Smirnoff Ice is girly wussy drinks, but I like them. >_> |

Hard Liqour: Gin (and tonic). Preferably Tanqueray or Plymouth. With ice and lemon. Pimms comes a close second I guess. Beer: Hoegarden or good old British alcoholic cider. Wine: I incline towards New World Rose as a rule if I had to just pick one off a shelf. Makepeace is rarely a bad buy. I like champagne too but it makes me to pissed too quickly. Cocktail: I like most but my abiding favourite is a Margeurita (the regular one with lime). CFTF - I'll also drink alcopops quite happily as will TAM. I incline to Bacardi Breezers whereas he likes Smirnoff Ice. |

Actually I'm old school - I like Strongbow on tap if I can get it. Magners is a bit poncy and I don't want bloody frozen water in my pint glass thanks! As long as it's not bloody Woodpecker though, I'll drink it. Woodpecker sucks. I once drank 12 bottles and then had to move on to Martini as I was still sober. EDITED TO NOTE: Please no-one send me info about 12 step programs. Yes, I used to drink quite a lot in my younger days, in the Uk this is not unusual especially if you are at University or serving with the army in any capacity. However, I am not and nor have I ever been an alcoholic. (This was a public service announcement by the "Oh noes, I had three gins at SDCC once and was told I had a problem" party). |

I have only actually had Sangria in Tapas bars and even then not too often. It *was* good. I daren't order it outside of Spanish bars in case it's shite. Which is why I go for Pimms. |

Of the different beers I've tried, my favorite of them is Carlsberg. I have not much experience with other alcoholic drinks, except I did have a glass of champagne at my Dad's wedding reception and tried a shot of vodka. |

Drinks: Peach sangria, New England Mudslide,Tequila Sunrise, Vodka and 7, Vodka Coolers, Mike's Hard Lemonade Wine: Chardonnay (white), Snowberry Farms, Baby Duck Beer (not my drink of choice but I have been known to have a beer now and again; I vastly prefer spirits): Budweiser, Coors Has anyone ever tried a Mimosa? Yes - that's Buck's Fizz over here. We used to have them at company Xmas parties and at army parties as a pre-dinner drink. They're very nice indeed. You can also substutute the orange for grapefruit (or the champagne for good cava) and that is equally nice. |

Liquid Heroin -nods- a 1/2 shot of Jager and a 1/2 shot a peppermint schnops, tastes all minty, and for a time I called it "Colgate" LOL!  But I mostly drink Mike's hard lemonaide or Bacardi, My system can't take hard alcohol anymore  Beer, ugh, can't stand the taste of it... somehow I feel like its missing something to the flavor... |

To be honest you can get away with much any kind if you're mixing it with juice! But I usually go for the middle-priced stuff to use as a mixer. No point in spending $$$$ on it but the really cheap stuff I find can be a bit acidic. |

Vodka topped with vodka. With OJ. Straight voddy is nasty <_< aka Reef. LOLOLOLOL alcopops. I hate wine, I tried chardonnay & thought it tasted like penicillin (sp?). So does red wine..... Can't do wine or champagne. I've tried. I've tried good stuff, cheap stuff, changing the food to match the drink... nothing. Something about both trigger my gag reflex. I can only tolerate them in a mix. But I LOVE rum and tequila. Vodka's okay, and there's some really good mixes you can do with it, but I'd rather have rum and Coke over a vodka mix. Not that fond of beer. There's some I like, but I'll take it if it's the only alcoholic drink available and I feel like a drink with dinner. Otherwise, nah, I'll stick with my usual water. And I love sake. I blame my parents. They used to allow my sister and me sips when we went out to a Japanese restaurant we love. I don't get to have some often, but I still enjoy a good cup of sake. |

Alcoholic beaverages are for drunkards.  I havn't tasted that awful much, but there are some bear that's actually pretty good. Tuborg can be recomended, as it's pretty high quality. I also tasted some spanish brew when I was in a trip to bacelona. That was also interesting. Anyway, I keep my yearly alcohol intake to arround 2-3 units in average. It's not like I actually LIKE most of it, so there's no point of me drinking it.

I was a fairly angelic teen in that regard myself as it happens, aside from wine with meals at home. I didn't grow up thinking it was some kind of forbidden fruit (same with other drugs, since I hung with an older crowd and could probably have tried a bunch if I'd wanted to). These days I'm usually the designated driver as we live rurally so no drinky for me unless it's at home :) I do have a fairly impressive wine rack though - but it's for the benefit of visitors needs rather than my own. |

Unless you count putting beer when you're cooking food (ie: Beer battered shrimp) I don't partake in the consumption of alcholic beverages. I prefer a sober life. I like to know what I am doing. |

A friend of mine got me absolutely hooked on orange juice, cranberry juice, and Malibu rum. I don't particularly care for straight liquor...give me the mixed drinks any day. Although I love wine and wine coolers, too. I'm not so fond of beer...every once in a great while, I can go for one. |
