Alright, this is my first time posting one of those: "Story of my life" threads/stories. I just had to let you guys know about this. I dunno why, but I did. :will:

It all started last Saturday (29th Sept.) when I went up to my local GameStop, I had just finished Phoenix Wright 1 earlier that week, so I was dying to get JFA. Big surprise, they didn't have it. Alright, wait a second, I thought I saw a copy at the EBGames up by Target about a week ago! So, we go all the way out there. Nope. Well, Me, tired as hell, and my mom, also tired as hell, go home. I call up another GameStop, and (God forbid) Slackers, both of them didn't have it. So, I look online for a bit, and decide to go to TigerDirect. If you don't happen to know what it is, it's an order online, package delivery service (sort of like eBay, but without the bidding.) It was $20.00 USD. Awesome! I was happy, and the delivery only took about 2-3 days. So, I wait about 3 days. It's still not here. Well, okay, no big deal, they're probably just really busy. I wait until Friday, still not here. Okay, I'll check my order online. Okay, so now we know it was sent to a drop shipper. I decide to call them up, for what reason I don't know. Give them my order number, and ask them about the Drop Shipper, and told them it was a week since I ordered it. "Oh, Drop Shippers will take 3-7 days to ship."

WHAT.
THE.
FUCK.

I say to her: "Alright, thank you for your help, bye." and hastily hung up the phone. I sit down and turn on the tv, pissed as hell, and sigh. Well, we can't track it, so we don't know if it's shipped or not, which is sort of a good thing, so we don't know WHEN it will get here.

So let's get to today, I figured, it's been about 5 days, it's gotta be here by now, right? Nah, not really.

For any of you that don't like reading, I'll give you a timeline.

Sept. 29th - I can't find PW:JFA anywhere, so I decide to order it from TigerDirect. (2-3 Day Shipping)
Oct. 2nd - Still hasn't arrived, okay, it's cool. Maybe just taking a little longer than expected.
Oct. 5th - I find out that it was sent to a drop shipper, and it might take 3-7 DAYS TO EVEN SHIP.
Oct. 9th (present) - Still hasn't arrived.

Man, I feel bad for you, pal. :sadshoe:

Well, I hope that arrives it soon for you. But did you remember to count the fact that Sundays don't count for US mail services? It's a little annoying and it does to length you have to wait since they are not counted in the 3-7 day counts. I'm sure it will show up soon enough.

Yeah, I didn't think about that. Well, hopefully it does get here soon. :yogi:

You can have your local Gamestop look up if any other local Gamestops or EBs have any JFAs in stock. I work at one and I know we have one on the shelf here at least. :/

SOunds like you didn't read it carefully enough. If they said it takes 5-7 days to ship, that means they put it in the mail after 5-7 days.

I ordered a Mythwear bag from the internet at the end of August. ... It still hasn't arrived yet. I don't think I'm going to get it.
