Anyone else plan on picking this title up, it looks really awesome and so far the reviews have been pretty positive. In case anyone doesn't know The Darkness is a FPS for the Xbox 360 and PS3, but as you are the Darkness itself, you can control hell spawn which fight along side you , rip our the heart of your enemies with your two demon arms things. It looks like alot of fun and I can't wait to pick it up.

Gametrailers has a review for it, even though the multiplayer looks kinda bland, I never wanted to get The Darkness for multiplayer in the first place.

10 bucks say none of you read the comic.

And you win ten bucks from me, my good man.

I'm interested in the game, but at the same time, I can't help but feel as if I'd be missing out by not having read the comic book (not for the issue of understanding the plot, but rather, more so on the comparison angle). It is the same feeling I have whenever I see movies based on obscure comic books. It looks wicked, though, to be honest. Worth a read?

Do I get ten dollars for having read it?

To be honest I was kind of surprised this was turned into a game--or at least, that it took so long. Isn't the comic long over and gone by now? I don't think I've seen it in months, and probably longer, at my local comic shop.

Not that it being dead will affect my playing the game; it looks interesting, and it's by the people who did the Riddick game, so I may as well give it a shot.

You know most of the comics are hidden inside the game to read >.>
