Since I'm a Nintendo fangirl, I'd say the Wii. But that's also because I'm cheap.
It depends on what you want. If you're looking for graphics and power, then I'd say the PS3. If you want something that's fun, different, and not meant for long time gaming, then I'd pick the Wii.
I am slightly biased though.
