Phantom Hourglass. I'm a HUGE Zelda fan. My biggest beef with this game is that it's looking like it's gonna be pretty short... I got it yesterday and I'm on lvl 19 or so in the hourglass temple but I'm running out of time. ;_;

Well I'm loving every moment of Crysis so far, but I keep going back to playing Mario Galaxy and Mass Effect... We also got Assassin's Creed, but it's still in the box (along with quite a few other games... picking up Guitar Hero III as well today since we have about $200 in gift card form to Best Buy and a $500 gift credit card.. we both have rich parents...cough.............. wasn't the only junk we got from them either, obviously.. trust me though, it sucks having them, especially since both our parents are divorced and remarried so they compete for our love via material posessions). TOO MANY GAMES ALL AT ONCE AHHH

TOO MUCH INFO ABOUT MY LIFE AS WELL AHH

Guitar Hero III when I'm in my room, Rune Factory when I'm not...

And no, I have no clue why I decided to rent that game... I mean RF, not GH.

How you like it?

Playing Call of Duty 4
Re: What are you playing now?Topic%20Title

It's... eh, System Shock 2 underwater. Greatly simplified.

I actually like the atmosphere better in BioShock, though it's entirely because of my underwater fetish. And there was that squid at the start. D:

Gameplay wise, it's above average by modern standards, though it's nothing really remarkable.

It's also worth noting that it's one of two Unreal 3 based games that don't look like absolute shit, the other of course being Lost Odyssey.

Playing Command and Conquer 3. (taking a short break from Orange Box since it's the only 360 game I actually OWN, aside from the included arcade games. I rented C&C3 and Mass Effect.) It's very awesome, but of course it's mostly just the same game as Tiberian Wars/Red Alert II/etc. with better graphics. (And for me, it's console rather than PC.)

Gears, I thought you hated water-based levels/games.

Still Ouendan 2. Going back and sharpening my skills on Easy before tackling Normal (which nearly handed my ass to me in some spots). DX

I ... I think on every part. I wasn't paying attention until the end of the introduction, but I noticed that Kluke has the same doll-eyed, happy expression- even when 'moved' by Jiro saying they were killing the land shark for the villagers.

Next time there's a cutscene, I'll check and see if their faces change.

In Ravenholm? Where that corpse is stuck behind a fence, whilst getting zapped?

You need to head to front of the burning house, there you'll find a valve... use the valve to turn off the fire, and enter the house. The rest is straightforward.

EDIT: Still playing BioShock, finally encountered a Spider Splicer, turns out they don't look anything like a spider so that was really, really disappointing.

That's what I'm currently doing. It's fun killing zombies with the metal dumpster. (And the scattered blades.)

Also, I was actually at the part when the Headcrabs FIRST appeared when I posted earlier. In the radioactive area near where you get the hoverboat. Now I'm in Ravenholm using only the Gravity Gun.

Note 2 self: Get Orange Box.

Out of curiosity... and an "/10" rating, what would you rank The Orange Box? Itself, and for each game within it?

Well, I've only gotten to play HL2 and Portal within it. TF2 is online only, unfortunately.

Orange Box itself? 10/10. Half Life 2 and Portal alone give me ample proof to rate it that. I don't care what my friend says ("It's simple mechanics, all that's good is the storyyyy!"), it's better than that.

Half Life 2 - 10/10. Hot damn. I finally get to see how beautiful this game looks. (Betcha I'll be even more impressed with Episode One, and then Two, right?) The graphics are amazing, it was easy to get used to on the 360 (I'm not too good with console FPS games... maybe I'm getting better?), and the Gravity Gun is a hell of a lot of fun. And it's REALLY long. o.o; I've been playing for three or four hours and I'm only halfway through Chapter 5.

Portal - 9/10. I give it a 9 cause it just doesn't keep me in as long as Half Life can. It's hilarious, it's a whole new bag, and it's awesome. First Puzzle FPS game, and the puzzles in it make for an interesting 'experiment' with the Portal Gun. Perhaps this'll be implemented in future VALVe games?

On-Topicness go!: Playing Half-Life 2. MOAR.

Well, the ending song kind of gives a rather large hint that Chell, and perhaps GLaDOS will make an appearance in a future Half-Life title, most likely Episode Three.

I don't generally rate games out of ten... but, okay.

Orange Box - 9.4

Half-Life 2 - 9.1

Half-Life 2 Episode One - Haven't Finished it

Half-Life 2 Episode Two - 9.0

Portal - 9.5(Though really, this rating can't be fairly compared to anything else)

Team Fortress - haven't played yet, I've been too lazy to buy an XBL Gold Subscription.

Half Life 2: 9.5/10

Episode 1: Haven't finished

Episode 2: Haven't finished

Portal: 9.5/10 The advance stages are frustrating as hell but I love it

Team Fortress 2: 8.5/10

Still playing CoD4, need to get back to Mass Effect, but it's a freakin huge game. Kinda overwhelming at times.

I am no longer playing GH III, since my glasses are busted and I can't get them repaired yet... I can still play my DS though... and laugh at my sister's HORRIBLE playing of GH III... on Easy... despite her playing for twice as much time as I did.

And thanks for the reviews of The Orange Box! Once I save up more money, I'll probably shell out money for it.

What's "RRoD" and why should a 360 owner be aware of it?

Playing Ouendan 2 and Persona 3. I'm trying to complete the latter before I ship off back to school; when I can devote most of my time to school work and concentrating on Ouendan 2.

I'm not actually sure... it first happened last night, when I was fiddling around with the powerboard that my 360 was plugged into. So I booted the system back-up, seemed to work fine... I turn it off again and leave it for an hour. After that I decide I feel like playing sum moar BioShock, for an unknown reason I decide to have the system laying horizontal(It was previously vertical because I think it looks better that way, even though having it vertical blocks off the largest vent). Anyway, it works fine and I play Bioshock for an hour or so before going to bed.

I wake up this morning, flip it back into vertical position... and get RRoD's within moments of turning the system on. :/

So I've currently got it horizontal, and it seems to run fine.

Also, going back and forth between Persona 3 and Ouendan 2.
