I sure hope that the woman Luna is based off of will be there, I certainly subscribe to this theory. Luna's ending really made Sigma/Luna my OTP for this game.

Would everyone consider the IGN review of VLR okay to read, or am I just too paranoid about spoilers?
Also, how does the text compare to 999? I know some criticised 999's text for being a bit flowery at times with purple prose, but I thought it was superb in some of the descriptions, Junpei's thoughts and feelings, (999 spoilers):
Spoiler:
Like the descriptions of what Junpei is thinking when they find the door with a 9 on it, and seeing the 9th man die

Yeah, no problem with the IGN review, but there is also nothing new or interesting in it.

The text in VLR is great, I can't complain about it. I liked the style as much as in 999. This time there is no storyteller present, instead there are Sigma's thoughts on the situation in a first person perspective.

Spoiler: Endgame spoilers
It basically tells you that there IS going to be another game and what it's going to be about, and confirms a few characters that will be in it. Which funnily enough, are the top five characters in my character rankings for VLR

Sigma and Phi, obviously.

Junpei is going to be the Operator, so he'll likely be involved, even if it's only a little bit.

Akane already confirmed that Kyle's subconscious was sent back to 2028 along with Sigma and Phi. Although we don't know whose body he will be inhabiting.

And it's incredibly likely that the woman Luna is based on will be there. Her and the girl on the audio file claiming to be responsible for an upcoming 6 billion deaths have the same voice actor. Also, Sigma lost his arms and eye saving a girl, which kind of coincides with the music box pendant that Luna says someone she held close gave her.

So I can't really complain.

Spoiler:
Don't forget Clover! And probably Alice.

Though really I just want Snake back. If VLR was lacking in one thing, it was not enough smug blind Edgeworth-looking guys.

Spoiler:
Yes, Clover and Alice said that Akane would show them how to travel back in time with their bodies. But they most likely won't participate in the Nevada test site experiment. However maybe they will help them from the outside. Junpei in this timeline won't know anything about the things that happened during VLR, so I wonder how he can be of any help.

Also, I don't think Sigma saved Phi. Akane says that Sigma saved 'a girl' which caused him to lose his arms and eye. Don't you think that if it was Phi she would have said that he had saved Phi? And the only other survivor was a girl, who shares the same voice actor as Luna.

Thanks. Guess I forgot/misunderstood some stuff ^^"

If you're interested I have compiled a list of funny quotes and dialogues from VLR. It's completely spoilerfree and all devices or machines they're mentioning belong to the puzzle rooms. I still put it under a spoiler tag, because it's a pretty large list. :)

Spoiler: spoiler free funny quotes
Clover: "You did it Sigma! You sown your seed!"

Sigma: "Better turn on the lights before I get out my balls."

Sigma to Phi: "If you're a C-cup then I'm packin' twelve inches!"

Tenmyouji(?): "The last guy I fought went home in an ambulance!"
Sigma(?): "Guess you shouldn't have picked a fight with a paramedic."

Luna: "This one is white. White always makes me think of wedding dresses. I'd like to wear one someday..."
Sigma: "THAT MEANS YOU'RE SINGLE, RIGHT?!"
Luna: "Y-Y-Your face is s-scaring me..."

Luna: "What a powerful shade of red... It feels so... passionate. Maybe this would be good for trying to woo a girl..."
Sigma: "Wanna try some, Luna?"
Phi: "Hey! I see what you're trying to do!"

Luna: "There are a lot of bottles here."
Sigma: "How'd you like to have a drink with me?"
Luna: "Huh? O-oh, um..."
*WHACK*
Phi: "You really think this is a good time to be making a pass at someone? She's getting all nervous now."
Luna: "Ahahahahaha..."

Clover: "The top is a lot more narrow than I thought..."
Luna: "Should I go?"
Clover: "Well, with a big skirt like that it might get kind of dangerous..."
Luna: "Oh. If I just hike it up, I think I should be-"
Clover: "And, uh, I think there's somebody down on all fours, trying to not look like he's staring up toward the bookshelf..."
Luna: "S-Sigma...?"
Clover: "What are you doing?"
Sigma: "I, uh... lost a contact..."
Clover: "You don't wear any!"
*WHACK*
Sigma: "Ow!"
Clover: "You climb."
Sigma: "Okay..."

Sigma: "I just solved the s*** out of that puzzle."

Clover: "Then stick it in already!"

Dio: "Well, it's got a lever on it."
Clover: "Don't get too attached, it's probably a leaver!"
Dio: "... ..."
Sigma: "... ... Are you serious?"
Clover: "Yeah, pretty good, huh? Am I great or what? Huh? Huh?"
Dio: "... ..."
Sigma: "... ..."
Dio: "Hey, Sigma, is this chick...simple or something?"

Clover: "*Sniff* Lord Hoppington...why? You left us too soooooon!"
Dio: "Shut up!!"

*Looking at an image of billiard balls*
Sigma: "What's this supposed to be a picture of?"
Alice: "They're those balls from that kid's show, right? If you collect seven of them you get a wish."

Phi: "'Planet' Alcohol? That's a pretty weird name. *Drool* But with our power combined..."

Zero III: "No, I won't wait. I don't like waiting. I waited once, and some half-witted reptile got the better of me because of it. After that I learned to make sure to value my time."

Sigma: "Clover, try pulling the lever."
Clover: "Why do I have to do it?"
Sigma: "It might be dangerous."
Sigma: "I was hoping you could just wrap your hands around it and give it a good jerk. It is kinda big, but I'm sure you can handle it. Just… Be gentle."
Clover: "Uh… This doesn't seem like appropriate workplace behavior."
Clover: "You're kinda grossing me out."
Sigma: "I know you probably still think yourself as just a girl, but you have to become a woman some-"
Clover: "You're not making it any better!"
Clover: "Why don't you do it?"
Sigma: "If you can't take it, then maybe Luna can. Have you done this before? You just start at the base and work your way up, then give it a good tug once you get to the top."
Luna: "… Wh-What?"
Clover: "What is wrong with you?! If you're so desperate to give that lever a good time why don't you do it yourself!"
Clover: "Just leave me and Luna out of your sick fantasies, you creep!"
Sigma: "…"
Sigma: "Hmph. Fine, but I won't like it."

*In front of a face recognizer*
Machine: "Face not recognized. Gender mismatch."
Sigma: "What does it mean by "gender mismatch"?
Quark: "Maybe it's saying that it needs a girl?"
Tenmyouji: "But there's only three of us, and none of us are women."
Sigma: "Well... Maybe if we dress Quark up like a girl..."
Quark: "NO! NO WAY!"
Quark: "WHY DON'T YOU DRESS UP THEN?!"
Tenmyouji: "No. Just thinking about that is making me want to puke."
Quark: "Besides, do you see a wig or makeup or anything around here? How would any of us dress up like a woman anyway?"
Sigma: "Dude, you totally want to do it."
Quark: "N-No, I don't..."
Tenmyouji: "... ..."
Sigma: "... ..."

Sigma: "Clover-chan is hella moe!"

Phi: "*sigh* A baby, huh... I wish I had one..."
Sigma: "Wh-whoa, what're you talking about?"
Phi: "It's just... Looking at this thing made me think about babies. I mean, it is a picture of a baby."
Sigma: "You like kids?"
Phi: "Yeah, I guess so."
Sigma: "There some guy you're planning to make some with?"
Phi: "H-Hey! No there is not!"
Sigma: "I see... You wanna make one here, then?"
Phi: "Make one what?"
Sigma: "A baby."
*WHACK*
Sigma: "O-Ow..."
Phi: "You stay away from me, all right!? Don't even think about doing anything! If any part of you touches me, even by accident, I will break it off! We clear?!"
Sigma: "Y-Yeah, of course. I was just joking..."

Sigma: "Hey, check it out! It's the Nyoibou!"
Phi: "What the hell is the "Nyoibou"?"
Sigma: "You've never head of it? It's a magical rod that gets bigger or smaller depending on what its owner wants."
Phi: "A...rod that gets...bigger or smaller...?"
Sigma (narration): She's stumbling over her words. She never does that... Why is her face red? I guess she's just embarrassed she's never heard about a magical expanding rod before...

Phi: "Hey! What are you, a child?! Put a glass in there before you push the button!"
Luna: "She's right. If you don't, everything down there is going to get wet."
Sigma: "...Huh? Wait, what?"
Luna: "I said everything down there is going to get wet?"
Sigma: "..."
Sigma: "..."
Sigma: "...I approve."

(When checking the robot in the GAULEM bay)
Sigma: "This one is wearing boxers..."
Alice: "Y-Yeah, looks like it..."
Luna: "Why would a robot be wearing underwear?"
Sigma: "Maybe he's, uh, hiding something."
Luna: "Hiding what, though?"
Luna: "Like a diary or something?"
Sigma: "WHY THE HELL WOULD YOU HIDE A DIARY IN YOUR CROTCH?!"
Luna: "Okay, well, maybe he's got a hose or something."
Sigma: "Whoa, damn, way to cut to the chase there..."
Alice: "Whatever. We'll know as soon as we get them off."
Alice: "REMOVE THESE SHORTS OF OBFUSCATION AND LET US GAZE UPON IT - THIS SO-CALLED "HOSE"!"
Sigma: "Aren't you getting a little too excited about this?"

(After checking the robot again)
Sigma: "All right, here goes..."
Luna: "Aaaah!"
Sigma: "Luna, I haven't done anything yet. He's still decent."
Luna : "..." (While looking embarrassed)
Sigma: "Besides, when you covered your face you opened your fingers so you could see out. How old ARE you?"
Luna: "He he he..."
Alice: "ARGH! YOU TWO ARE DRIVING ME NUTS! I'LL JUST TAKE THEM OFF!"
Sigma: "... Huh?"
Alice: "Hi-ya!"

(After checking the robot one more time)
Alice: "Is that it? It looks just like the other robots. That's a letdown..."
Sigma: "What the hell were you hoping for?"

Clover: "Why don't you try sticking that in over here?"
Clover: "I mean, not here here, okay?"
Sigma: "I get it!"
Clover: "Just put it in the hole!"
Sigma: "You're making it worse..."
Clover: "Whatever, I'm pretty sure this is where it goes, though."

Sigma: "Ready guys?"
Phi and Tenmyouji: "Yep."
Sigma: "Three...Two...One..."
Tenmyouji: "Two...Three..."
Sigma: "Stop that!"

Maybe that's why you don't like Clover that much, you couldn't understand all her jokes. ;) I think she is one of the funniest characters in the game, right behind Sigma.

The scenes with Sigma, Clover and Dio are priceless.

I guess that's why Clover is almost always :D even when it's very inappropriate!

I kid, I kid. :yogi:

But seriously, her facial expressions really rub me wrong except for the few expressions where her mouth actually ends up looking different. Unless there is a VERY good reason why she looks like that.

I haven't gotten very deep into her story yet, so I can't say whether I like her or not based on that yet. All I know is:

Spoiler:
She is heavily implied to be Clover from the second Nonary game, she met Alice in the desert (likely at that stinger at the end of 999) and works with her for some secret organization (maybe government), works at a bar as her cover (I suppose that explains her clothes?), and Sigma acts really creepy around her in the puzzle rooms (in particular, in the archives).

...hmm, just realized something. She's using the same nickname from the second Nonary game. I wonder why? I can't remember if we learned her real name though. Maybe it doesn't matter.

Sigma really likes Clover. :D

Sigma: "Well, we've taken everything off of the desk."
Luna: "All that's left is the desk itself. I checked it out, but I didn't find anything suspicious..."
Clover: "...And I'm not seeing anything underneath it either."
Sigma: " O-Oh my God! Clover, don't move!"
Clover: "Huh? Is there something wrong?"
Sigma (to himself): "I thought girls only did this pose in magazines! To see it in real life, and from behind no less--!"
Clover: "What's going on? I'm coming back out."
Sigma: "Okay. Man that was good..."
Clover: "What are you talking about?"
Sigma: "Oh, nothing. Just thinking out loud."

Yeah, that's the room I went through when Sigma suddenly went crazy for Clover and Luna.

Oh, and I can now confirm that the 3DS voice audio is noticeably compressed when wearing headphones/earbuds. It sounds clear enough on the speakers though; it helps that the speakers are somewhat tinny already.

Thoughts on the characters:

Spoiler: Whole game spoilers
Gut character rankings:

Phi > Sigma > K > Luna > Tenmyouji > Alice > Dio > Quark > Clover

Phi and Sigma in particular are at their best around each other. Their banter was some of my favorite stuff in the game, and in-story it was really fun seeing them trying to make sense of what was going on. But they're both awesome on their own.

K could be a jerk at times, but at the end of the day I think he wanted to do well. His ending was one of my favorites, and his backstory is really a tearjerker, especially when you know who his father/the old woman/his robot 'mother' are.

Luna sort of felt like "June" done better. Above all she was a good and kind person, but you still had room for suspicion. Her backstory was pretty tragic as well, and the entire ending portion of her path when Sigma and Phi are trying to figure out if she's a killer is really great.

Tenmyouji was an interesting character, and it was fun to see bits of old Junpei poking through (the discussion of his videos and the like), and of course the scenes in the Q room and the B. Garden at the end are really something. A really big chunk of his time was spent on Quark though (who I didn't much like).

Alice was a pretty decent character, but she sort of suffers the same issue as Quark in that so much of the time her story get sort of cracked down on by Radical 6. I was also a little disappointed that her backstory had nothing to do with All-ice and that she didn't have too much to her backstory besides what I'd known from Japanese promotions. But the scene in the B. Garden of her breaking down after trying to betray Sigma a second time was really well done.

Dio is... well, he's an asshole through and through. As far as villains go, I much preferred Ace, who had the great, nice-guy front over a truly merciless core. Still, his backstory was moderately interesting, and his ending was much better than I'd expected (I figured he'd just off Sigma and Phi once they got through the door, but nope.)

Quark kind of suffers as a character because he spends so much of the game unconscious. Even when he is awake and not insane, he doesn't really do much except bicker with Dio if they pick betray and make a bunch of references to Tenmyouji. I mean, if I'm not miseremembering, the only puzzle room you solve with him is the Director's Office. Also, his ending is really abrupt, though Sigma making Dio drag him to the 9 door so he could cut off his hand was an awesome scene.

I feel kind of bad for putting Clover at the end, but I thought she was a lot weaker in VLR than 999. In 999 Clover was genuinely sympathetic after Snake's death, but after Alice's she just goes around raging at everyone. I mean, she did in 999 as well, but in VLR it just sort of got grating. She also had the weakest VA of the group.

Hi! I've largely stepped back from C-R due to life stuff. Please contact one of the other staff members for help!

Dirtier indeed. But he's vocal about it, rather than just having dirty thoughts. I'd imagine that if Sigma was substituted for Junpei during that elevator joke in 999, he would have been purposely speaking in innuendos instead of misunderstanding and being super awkward about it.

Though only in spurts, it seems. It really threw me off when he suddenly went nuts in the archives, even after his reaction to the, um, poster.

The only spoiler is the one immediately evident when you play the game and can be assumed based on previews.

Spoiler:
There's only one screen on the Vita, so the game is from Sigma's point of view.

Ah, so that explains why the CGs are not rendered in real time. So it wasn't a conosle limitation, just a programming limitation. I'm guessing the novel part of the engine wasn't designed to have the character models do anything other than stand in front of the camera (or in those monitor thingies) and play one animation + lipsync.

I didn't know the game was going to be 2D originally, but I guess this isn't the first time something like this happened (happened often when 3D consoles first came out, IIRC). I'm glad that the game looks so good even when they didn't have much time to go 3D.

Then again, that might be the reason why Clover goes :D at the end of almost every line.

I can't wait to see what the game will look like when/if they make a sequel! For one thing, it'd be nice to do away with pre-rendered flat images.

EDIT: Woo, 200 posts! (57 of those are in this topic. Does not count 133 posts from backup forum.)

I too hope they end up making a sequel. Seems he said if the response to this one is positive on FB/Twitter etc he will do it. I thought I read it was already in the works? Or being written anyway.

It is being written. But that doesn't really mean that it's being made, it just means that there is a script in the works that could be used for the game.

It can't be considered 'in the works' until it is confirmed that an actual game is being made.

Personally, I'm in no hurry for them to make another game. As much as I love this series, I wouldn't want them to rush things out and all just because of increased popularity in the US and all. It took them about 2 years to make VLR (from the Japanese 999 release to the japanese VLR release), which should be enough. That'd make EDE (Everybody Dies in the End) or DDD!! (Die Die Die!!) release somewhere in 2014.

About the delay for VLR in some european countries :

Quote:
All our copies will just have English Subtitles and the original Japanese voices. I hope this doesn't come as a disappointment to you and you enjoy the game all the same :)

Guess that 'entirely translated' rumour and Amazon.de info was fake. I'd like to know how they came to assume it would be translated into German o_O
But yeah, makes the delays even worse for Italian/German fans... :sadshoe:

I want the next game quickly, but not at the expense of quality.

When you think about it, though, unless something drastically different is done to the game's engine and stuff, it shouldn't take as long of a development time.

I agree with that.
Though when I get VLR I'll most likely be thinking "Gotta make this last, I dont want it to end!" but my brain will be fighting with "Just another hour" :(

Well, unless they end it with one hell of a cliffhanger....

I'm a really patient person when it comes to waiting for a game. Hell, I've been waiting since november 2007 for the next Half-Life game, which ended with the most heart-breaking cliffhanger ever (like, seriously). And to this day, we know nothing about the sequel. At all. So yeah, I think I'll be able to survive the waiting period ;)

But yeah, I'll come back here when I'm done with VLR, and we'll see if I need ketchup to help me eat my words. :gant-clap:

A thought I had last night...
Spoiler: VLR (and 999) major spoilers
Akane is a jerk. AGAIN.

Why did the 9 door have to open/close once? It didn't make a difference--it only mattered if they thought it would open/close once. (Just like the incinerator in 999; no reason it had to actually be operational.)

Also, whenever somebody escaped they could've gone down to B floor and opened up the other door. ...Too bad Sigma or Phi never transferred THAT info to another timeline.

Spoiler: End game spoilers
To be honest, I would rather stay in the facility than go back to any of those timelines' Earth.

Got my copy yesterday, (actually it arrived earlier, but I've been bed ridden with a nasty cold that I didn't realize it arrived until yesterday).

Spoiler: First Impressions
Some people were quipping about how VLR has full VA while GS5 doesn't. After unlocking the first two endings (Clover and the geezer) I can say they're not in the same class at all. Pretend for a moment that VLR has the same number of play hours as GS5 or even GS4 or earlier. VLR can still get away with it cheeper for three reasons:

#1. A lot of dialog is recycled. A lot of scenes play out exactly the same way with the same things being said. That's not the case with Ace Attorney, every line is unique. Which means, for the same hours of listened dialog, GS5's would be more expensive since there'd be a ton more 'unique' dialog.

#2. Number of characters. VLR has 10 characters (9 players plus Zero III). So 10 VA's. But lets be generous and say there's 15, since there's likely surprise characters. If GS1 were to be VA'd they'd need 30 different voices, and that's just living characters. Ching-ching

Anyways on to the game itself. I some how stumbled on Clover's and the Geezer's endings very quickly.

Oh, and HELLO ZERO. I'm like 5% through the game and you show your blasted face?
Oh by the way, here's the password to the #3 Bomb.
WHAT BOMB!? WHY AM-WHAT-WAIT!

I felt like a stumbled upon the worst spoilers for the game. And yet it was the game itself that spoiled me.

That's actually kind of epic really.

Anyways, Zero III says that Zero is one of the participants. But he doesn't remind me of the Geezer and I really don't think he's K. Neither of their character's match. Honestly, he reminds me more of Snake then any of the current players. Except Snake can't use both eyes. So I doubt Snake is Zero, even if it would prove the theories about Snake and Seven aiding Nonary Game 2.

Anyways, Zero is one of the participants, but isn't. Right now, the two biggest suspects are Dio and Quark. Though, of those two, I don't really suspect. Dio is a jerk. I'm betting he's like Ace. A villain, but a distraction from Zero's identity.

Knowing that Dio is the only Ace suspect, it makes Quark's and Dio's pair voting a bit strange. Dio accuses Quark of betraying Gramps in the votes. I've got the Gramps ending so I know they have a bond of trust that knows no bounds. Or least, Gramps does for Quark. So Dio's a lying liar who lied. Right?

Skip forward a bit, and Quark is helmet-less and screaming for someone kill him so his soul could be freed. That's a rather odd occurrence. Then he disappears, a lot.

So I've got a brat who has no alibi for a lot of the game. When his helmet is gone, he demands release. Then take that context, and look back at the Dio/Quark votes against Ten-what'shisface. Dio's statement about how the vote occurred is so obviously a lie that it can't be one. Assuming Quark is Zero, that'd be a stealthy hint of his duplicity, while hiding it behind someone else's. Basically, hiding it in plain sight.

Then, how is Quark Zero if the old man with the eye patch is Zero? What if his helmet is some sort of mind control receiver? (And I don't think mind control is far fetched considering the nonsense that occurred in 999).

Also, Dead old lady? I'm calling it, She's June. Geezer's photo and his stunned look at the body made me put two and two together. I'm also fairly sure this game takes place in the future. There are three treatment pods that also double as cryostasis. I'm thinking Clover, Dio, and Sigma were the occupants. Alice I don't think needs cryosasis due to Ice-9. Clover and Sigma complain about feeling odd in the lounge. As for why I think Dio is the other one?

I'm sure someone else brought this up here before, but does anyone look familiar?

Oh my god...
Spoiler:
The bottom-center one is Lotus' daughter!!!!!

Anyway...
Spoiler: Don't read this until after you've beaten the game, Wooster
I got Tenmyouji's end relatively early, too... Not as early as you did. But it still made me "...wut". (All that mystery of "who is Zero?" and you just SHOW yourself to us?!)

I was suspecting Quark for, like, 90% of the game for the same reasons as you, Wooster. I didn't think it was mind-control or anything, though. I thought it was just DEMON CHILD.

Yup, Dio is a villain like Ace, except not nearly as awesome cuz Ace is a twist villain, while Dio is a total jerk the entire time so when you find out he actually is evil, it's just "well... yeah".

Finally, the cryostasis pods. They were how I figured out Luna was inside the job xP I figured that Tenmyouji, Quark, Dio, and K were from the future and didn't need the pods. That left Clover, Alice, Sigma, Phi, and Luna. (I didn't think Alice was made from Ice-9 and stuff, so...) We basically knew Clover was clean, and she and Alice pretty much checked each other out, so I figured they both went in the pods. That left Sigma, Phi, and Luna, but just one pod; I figured Sigma wasn't lying b/c he was the hero and Phi wasn't either, since she was the heroine. So that meant Luna was lying (although I wasn't sure how Clover, Alice, Phi, and Sigma all got to the future in only 4 pods). I thought Luna was going to be "Zero II"; we had Zero, the weird old guy, and Zero III, the rabbit... so a Zero II should be obvious ^^"

Also my guess for Zero was Snake after that scene. I was pretty pissed at the game that Zero wasn't one of the participants, and that they had outright lied to us. (...The truth never even crossed my mind until a few minutes before its reveal ^^")

Overall is it better or the same as 999? I'm starting to regret reading GAF now.. ;) Some say 999 is more emotional, I think.
(As for GAF, I'm still in the queue waiting to go on the forum. Damn).

So.... a few tidbits from RSG FB account :

Quote:
1. We advise people pre-order from amazon as soon as possible to get the game on release as we are getting a really good reception for Virtue's Last Reward and they are selling quick. Of course there will be more sent to amazon if they sell out and this should fill orders before Christmas comes around.
2. Yes, the eshop version will be out shortly after the retail product. [This is new. Didn't know about an eShop release in Europe].
3. As far as I'm aware, the delay was due to production and distribution arrangements. [About the delay in some countries and the 1 week delay in UK/France]
4. This bug has been acknowledged and we are looking into these issues and what we can do for the community. [Bug with the text in some secret files]

The PS Vita demo is live and ready to go right now. Unfortunately the 3DS demo has been a little delayed and is expected around the launch of the game.

About the demo and the game-breaking save bug :

Quote:
Hey Andrew,
If all approvals and such go smoothly you should be seeing the 3DS demo and eshop version of Virtue's Last Reward in Australia around the same time as European store. As for the bug, we have been in contact with the developer and they are looking into the situation.
-Samuel

Wonder if that means a patch will be released. Unfortunately, it certainly looks like it won't be before the European release.

About a possible release of English voices as DLC :

Quote:
Your welcome! A DLC has not yet been discussed for Virtue's Last Reward. At the moment we are just focused on seeing the release through smoothly. We would have to consider it at a much later date :) Thanks for your feedback

And yet no VLR on Amazon.fr. Guess I'm just gonna pre-order it on Amazon.co.uk, just in case :yogi:

Edit : pre-ordered on Amazon.co.uk. I'll just cancel it if it ever shows up on Amazon.fr
