If you're talking about the magazine that came out in Japan, all of the info in it was stuff that was already on the Dojo. Nothing new at all, pictures included.
Better off that way, really. Knowing the full roster ahead of time would've taken much of the hype out of both the game and the site.

Snake isn't known worldwide for his role as a Nintendo character in the original Metal Gear series. He's known as Sony's character, through the Metal gear SOLID series. However, he was first branded as a Nintendo character.
However, the guy chose 3 popular Nintendo characters in his interview: Mario, Luigi, and Samus. However, "Snake" being just one of the characters to randomly speak about... you'd think that on the topic of Nintendo Characters, Link would come up... Donkey Kong... Wario, etc.

sounds like what nintendo power does in every freaking issue.
As for the video, I don't trust what he says, mostly because he refered to snake as "the snake character". chances are he was just some guy hired to run the booth, rather thana higher up nintendo officer who was told all of the game's secrets

You know, I can't tell if I would rather see Megaman, or Megaman X in Smash Bros., but there's still one concern:
Why the heck hasn't Shiek been announced? We KNOW she'll be in! I mean, NO Zelda information has been released yet, other than her in-game presence, and it's obvious why that is! >_>
What I mean is, on her character analysis page ATM, there's no final smash, and no regular attacks.
Now, Ganondorf is somewhat a wildcard, but since he'd pretty much count as a slower, but more powerful, Capt. Falcon, if Ganondorf is here, Than so is Falcon...
I just thought of this: What if Ganondorf's final smash transforms him into Ganon? You know, the giant beast?

One character I would love NOT to see this game, but you just KNOW it'll be in, is Jigglypuff. I'm sorry, but in the previous game, I just didn't find any reason for its input, other than to completely demolish it in matches.
