They sound nothing alike. Mostly because Ciel Phantomhive is voiced by Sakamoto Maaya in Japanese and the other Yugi by Kazama Shunsuke. (Also, forget Dan Green, he gave them stupid, overly gravely voices - Oh yeah, I totally believe that the other Yugi, the spirit of an ancient pharao who died in his late teens/early twenties, has the voice of a 40 year old with chain-smoking aftereffects)

C-A

Ok, maybe your right. But then again, my real experiences of Yu-Gi-Oh come from reading the manga and... OMG! I DID NOT MEAN DAN GREEN. FUCK DAN GREEN'S PERFORMANCE! I MEANT THE BEST YAMI YUGI OF ALL TIME! LITTLE KIRIBOH! Now THAT'S a damn sexy voice. Don't know why I said Dan Green, when I had Little Kiriboh's voice in my head.

Good luck, dude. The internet has pretty much pegged her as a lesbian.

Oh, it's on the internet. I guess it must be true then. /sarcasm

Seriously, even if she does swing that way, who's to say she isn't bi?

Well, while her sexuality isn't out and out confirmed in the game, hence why shipping tends to go either way... lesbians tend to be lesbians. Not bi. Nor pan. Which is why it squicks me out to see so much of straight Tsumugi out there. (Though yeah, Adrian/Franziska is one of my favorite ships, they just synergize well~)

Female: Oh, the list could go on forever. But since this is suppose to be video game characters, that narrows things down a bit... To Franseska Von Karma, Lady and Trish from Devil May Cry (from back when the series was still good), and a variety of Street Fighters, but firstly Juri. I have a thing for psychos. Don't judge me.

Nah, bro, you can do anything. I even edited the OP to clarify this point, as it was never intended to be just-video-game character crushes.

Male: Now, as I am secure in my manhood, I would never, EVER, date or even think of a man in that way. BUUUUUT, I have, for some reason, always had a certain attraction to Yami Yugi.

I get that you don't swing that way (which is okay), but please don't equate manhood/masculinity to being straight. The conflation of the two is problematic.

That's why I like her... :franny:

Same here, though part of it is because I identify with it. While I've never been a fan of the clumsy girl cliche', everything else about her is really nice. She's cool, calculated, and organized- but very loyal and affectionate towards those that have been good to her.

I really don't get the attraction to most Fire Emblem characters. They tend to be the same, pale thin people, save for the occasional axe-wielder or heavy knight. Though I definitely like Lucina, Lyn, and Urusla.

Yes, that.

Aaand on the same subject kind of I totally forgot my biggest recent fictional character crush :bellboy: While Judas in Jesus Christ Superstar is a great character, and really hot in both of the movie adaptions, the one in the live version I saw was... oh was he something else. The actor was extraordinary, insanely hot (both in a fishnet shirt and shirtless) and to top it off, in this version Judas was very clearly in love with Jesus. The kiss make-out of betrayal... whooh :bellboy: My knees were shaky. I'm so glad I'm not a Christian anymore, otherwise it would have felt very awkward.

It's hard. I'm a proud feminist, proponent of LGBT issues, but admit that I'm genderqueer in public? I am firmly in that closet.

Woah-hey, this never gets old. =/

If you're asking if I'm a TERF (Trans Exclusionary Radical Feminist) or their kind, no. So tired of having to answer for a handful of people, or more likely the phantom "evil feminist" that's usually placed in a show so that the strong independent female character can be distanced from feminism. Sigh.

But no, I'm not "man-hating". And you'll find that most of us like the company of men. We may not like the patriarchy, but that's a system that's perpetuated through socialization of all kids (boys and girls and everything in-between), and not a sex or a gender. That's sort of like saying being for racial equality suddenly makes you hate all white people. If anything, feminism's had most of its trouble with being quite exclusionary of OTHER WOMEN as a defensive mechanism (the lgbt community wasn't welcome for the longest time to be taken slightly more seriously politically, and also due to the rampant homphobia and transphobia of the times), and most of the time just plain racism (especially in the first and second waves).

That's why we have Third Wave Feminists who are into intersectionality (being inclusive of other cultures without ignoring them or trampling them in the process), inclusion of the LGBT community, and allowing more voices of WoC to be front-and-center. Not like it's perfected, but them's the breaks. Heck, Third Wave is even including male voices on how strict, patriarchal gender roles being enforced systematically, gendered marketing (which further segregates people over what would normally be unisex items/media), and enforcing patriarchal ideas of masculinity also hurt men as well ("You're not a man if..." kind of stuff).

Though then again, one might be ornery if their rights didn't exist constitutionally (among other things), either. Surprised me, too, when I first learned about that.

In my case, there's more to it than appearance. I'll grant that I probably wouldn't find Cordelia as attractive as I do if, say, she had Ms. Ayanokoji's breasts, but I probably also wouldn't be interested in her if she had Sumia's personality. To be fair, I think Sumia's adorable, but I much prefer "beautiful" and "mature" over "adorable."

Yeah, it's always a little weird when you see an adaptation of something that comes from the Bible... and then you have to stop yourself and say, "wait, I'm not supposed to want to bang this character, wtf?!"

To this day, I can't watch Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat without blushing.
