I want to win that tv, my tv in my room is a piece of junk. I appreciate that my mom bought it for me on a whim, but I have to fiddle with the AV outputs to get the sound and video to work.
I want to at least win some money to buy a better tv to fix that problem.
If I can't win at all, then at least I tried and then I could start saving for another one, then sell my old one.

First of all, I have never seen the phrase used with the Lazer spelt LAZAR. The most commony way I seen it was LAZER and to a lesser extent, LAZOR. LAZAR is likely a typo you believe in or you misread it.
Second, IMMA CHARGIN MAH LAZER! comes before IMMA FIRIN MAH LAZER followed by SHOOP DA WHOOP. Samus is clearly charging up as show in the picture not to mention it was stated on the update right under the picture itself.
So, Epic Fail for you.

No, it's not an acne cream, it's the progress meter for Subspace Emissary. Like any adventure game worth its salt, SSE tracks your completion based on areas visited, stages beaten, and items collected. Such items include the mysterious Orange Cubes - sadly, they don't contain Team Fortress 2, but they do hold "useful items." Orange Cubes and trophies are hidden at specific locations throughout the worlds, and you can see whether you've completely cleared a particular stage.
Could be worse. Could be Jiggies.

It's possible that they aren't showing off Jigglypuff as most people already expect Jigglypuff to be in even if they don't say it in the dojo for the reason you stated. Also, even they did show Jigglypuff, it wouldn't build as much hype as showing off, say, Captain Falcon or Marth. And in terms of business, no hype is bad. Or, they are getting lazyand waiting for chains of boring updates and use Jigglypuff to break it up.

Tournament Update: For those who can participate in the tourny here's the latest news on it. We can only use the Wiimote nunchuck set up, no exceptions. There can be 32 combatants on one Wii kiosk! So if there's more than one kiosk setup, you've got some competition ahead of you. The package that was sent to all Gamestop's stores also stated that they DON'T have to have the tournament, just a midnight release or open early the next day. So just check with your location to make sure.
Also, there may be more than a tournament. Depending on what your store decides to do, they can have a art contest where your drawings or whatever are displayed and whoever wins gets something (I don't know what the prize would be). There's also a costume contest, dress up as your fav Brawler and win something.
Just thought I would let you all know before disappointment strikes.

Reflecting on all the times I used Jigglypuff as my main (after Kirby), I never really kept Jigglypuff on the ground except for short platform runs (usually for items) or just to land between jumps. So, that slow down isn't really that much of a disadvantage. However, since it's been said that Jiggy's Rollout more controllable this time around, I'm sure there is way to make it work as fast way to move around the board (Hey, it works for Sonic afterall). So I wouldn't worry about Jigglypuff being slowest characters now.
