Are you trying to download it? I saved the .zip to my computer and unzipped it. (I guess that would be export.)
Then you have to open "bin2jpg_win". It should look like this.

Here's what happens: I open the page (On the website).
I click the link.
It takes me to the Download station.
I click THAT link.
I either save it, or "Open" it.
It either opens it up to a Read_Me File, or makes a folder.
I open the Folder... to a Read_Me File.
So in summary... I hate my comp.
And now, for the newest Update (I'll just post the Boss Strategies later... but I'm amazed no one else is doing the updates...)
Why am I doing it?

When I downloaded it it gave me a .zip file.

Try "save" instead. Unless thay changed something since I got it that should work. If not I still have the .zip, I could send it to you.

This has everything that you need. If I were you I wouldn't even bother with bin2jpeg and out2jpeg (I kept them in there in case you wanted them); just run the included convert.exe and you'll have yourself a viewer of the images as well as a converter.

I don't think you can. All my pics are from WiFi play. If you hit zR (on the classic controller) after the match it lets you save.
Then I go through and watch the matches over and get the shots from there.
I posted my PW Shadow edit here, why cant he share his GantIke here too?

I used to be like that in the past Smash games. (Only using one character.) It's good to experiment and get used to others though.

Haha, I know, that was awesome. When I owned you the first time, I think I got a little cocky and that became my downfall. Then our last match was sweet indeed.
Right now as much as I want to play as ZSS I seem to do better with Marth. Tomorrow I'm going to a friend's place so it'll be fun to have some in-room action going on (it's where Brawl excels, anyway).
If we ever have a CR meetup, we should totally have a Wii running Brawl there.
