Snakes can kill you 3 times if they all hit. But yeah, Marths is a garrunteed kill and is more accurate.

If your Marth fought my Lucas online.... Haha, showdown.

Why don't you then? Most folk here have exchanged friend codes for battle anyway.

And there's no way Snake could get so lucky...
It's quite easy to dodge and thats only if you juggle them correctly with the shots right?

Well I would, If I had Clerks Friend Code.

Infact, if YOU want my friend code, I posted it on the last page. I'm happy to brawl anyone I know on CR.

I'm not sure if Brawl qualifies as a fighter....

At least not in the sense of Soul Calibur Tekken and Street Fighter. :yuusaku:

I've had a Wii for two months, and after finally beating the Subspace Emissary, I find this little thread here...

Brawl is definitely one of my favorite games in the world no matter how much I suck at it. :edgy:

And FYI: I don't have a friend code because my dad won't let me play online. :payne:

Because online people spam and are evil and play horribly competitively?

I had my first experience of playing competitively last night and I didn't enjoy it...but I did get a lot of fun of countering a Jigglypuff's fully charged roll out move knocking him out of the arena.

Indefinite Juggling, Indefinite Aerials, Indefinite Chaingrabs, cheap but super-effective edgeguards, and versatile dancing blade+interruption Dolphin Slash makes him my fav. char (even though I can't execute successful chaingrabbing sequences.)

I beat my kirby spamming friend every time though (except when he uses items. Then it's about 80% win. I also beat level 9's 95% of the time. Used to be 99.999%, but I got worse.)

Spoiler: N00B ALERT
Aerials and Smash Attacks?!

I always have only done the special and regular attacks. Although sometimes I do grabbing (Kirby and Meta Knight have awesome grabbing attacks. =D)

My Kirby friend loves to use his down B special, which is fine by me, mostly it's easy to dodge and it sets him up for a grab.

I'd beat him easily everytime except, we like to play it at 300%, we call it jousting since it's essentially whoever gets the first hit in.

Oh and YaraG, I recommend smash attacks, they be de shiz.

At least if you really wanna send em flying.

Thirded.

I brushed the dust off and started playing this again recently. I use Wiimote & Nunchuck, and I prefer the less humanized, more cartoonish characters. That's why I tend to stay away from Link, Ike and Marth.

I wouldn't mind battling with some others on here. I only have two people on my friend roster. I might not have the strongest connection, though. That and I'm based in the UK, so it'll be sending signals overseas which may contribute to a bit of lag.

Seriously, final smashes are cheap. Getting them is based on raw probability, and not skill. For real pros, we do seven minute, three stock, symmetric and neutral styled maps. That's all. (Oh, and Meta Knight's banned. Stupid spammer)

The term 'Pros' should never be used in smash bros. Along with tiers too, I hate how people take it so seriously when it's designed just to be fun. Personally I'm happy hitting random character and random map.....at least until I get Lucas or Ness but even then the PK fire attack an Ness' PSI magnet can be fun.
