A recent rebellion in my playthrough of Crusader Kings II gave me a flashback to some of my campaigns in Hearts of Iron II. I was busy dealing with a rebelling vassal in Mali. During that time, there was a Jain uprising in Gujarat (never mind that Jains are supposed to be pacifists). Anyway, I raised levies in the region and gave them orders to converge on a particular location, then went back to focusing on Mali. Fast forward a few months, and I've completely forgotten about the situation in Gujarat. It's only when I receive a message about an unsuccessful raid against the besieging rebels that I remember there's a rebellion in the first place.

It says a lot about how hopeless your struggle is when the enemy you're facing forgets he's even at war with you.

What, custom content? It's just the general term for anything in Sims 2/3 games created by fans that is not a mod. It could be a building, clothes, hair, items...

Btw yesterday I turned a Time Stop and Stamina cheat on for Magical Melody and cut ALL the grass and got rid of ALL the boulders in the entire village... it took me about 2 1/2 hours!!

Finished Yuuzai X Muzai (Guilty X Innocent) (DS), a courtroom game. And very different from GS. You take on the role of a lay judge and have to make the right choice: guilty or innocent. So no protecting your client or getting people convicted or anything like that. Just examine all the evidence and testimonies, discuss the essential factors of each case with your fellow judges and decide whether you think the prosecution's claim is proven. The game is interesting as a pretty realistic simulation of the lay judge system, but... man, it's a bit too dry and realistic at times. During the actual trial, you just listen to the stories of prosecution and defense and occasionally ask some questions, so it's just A LOT of reading until you get to the discussions. These can be fun because you sometimes do manage to find some hidden truth within the evidence, but still... it's a bit bland.

People who liked 12 Angry Men should have some fun with this game though.

You definitely need to be fairly fluent in Japanese to get through the game. If you're not familiar with some basic legal lingo and formal Japanese, you might get stuck on just the prosecutor's statement.

Generations itself gives you not that many items. Mostly stuff kids can interact with, like playtground stuff, a costume chest, stuff like that. Also a profession: Daycare (Joy...) ITF gives you lots of new items, mostly looking futuristic and all.

There are some electric guitars that come with Late Night, High-End Loft Stuff, and 70s, 80s, & 90s Stuff. I know there's at least one other electric guitar out there, but I don't know which expansion it's from. There's also at least one guitar in the Sims 3 Store.

I finished Professor Layton vs Phoenix Wright about a week ago. It was one heck of a game!

Now, continuing Professor Layton's story I've moved on to Professor Layton and the Azran Legacy. It's one of many games I've had for months now, but haven't finished. Once I've finished this, I'll be moving onto Bravely Default, which is also one of those games. ^^;;

I decided to buy South Park: The stick of Truth. I was afraid my computer would not take it well, but it surprised me. As long as I don't modify the volume level I can play perfectly. I wanted to play this since I saw a let's play of it and watched enough episode to now appreciate the whole thing (and all of those easter eggs!).
