What Pierre said. xD
It was funny to watch and after seeing it, I just wanted to play it. Just 1 and 2 though. I don't really care for the other games really. XD

I've seen people saying you can download it. Others say you can 'convert' it, but I don't think that's even remotely possible. I only know that the very first one is only available for the PS2.

KH1&2 are available on PS2, and on PS3. The PS3 versions include a few extras, along with other game(s) in the series for each (Chain of Memories and HD cutscenes of 358/2 Days for KH1, Birth by Sleep and Coded for KH2). No, KH1 isn't available the PSP, that's Birth by Sleep, though I will say BBS has the best gameplay in the series.

I'm glad you liked the 'honest trailers' videos. I still gotta show you more when you come.

When you come I'll let you borrow KH 2.5 so you can play KH:FM, BBS:FM, and Re-Coded.

Its a toss up between BBS and DDD for me in terms of best gameplay. Flowmotion bro for the smoothest fights in the world.

Though I've always got a special place in my heart for original chain of memory's gameplay.

Mario Party 10. It has some mini-minigames you can play outside of the parties and one of them is a tetris-bejeweled kind of game. And it's a ton more fun than some of the party minigames...

Also, it's only been two days, but I will likely take MP10 out and put Hyrule Warriors back in.

Currently playing through Shovel Knight again. What a magnificent game, really well put together and executed.

Also giving Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker a shot and I really enjoy it. I thought it would be a little bit flat, but every level has its own motifs and challenges. Nintendo does it again!

Now I'm playing a new thing I found... Technically it's not a "video game" per se, but it is affiliated with a video game series so why not? I'm playing Layton Brothers: Mystery Room. It's an app. It's amazing. The references to Professor Layton are awesome! Like...
Spoiler: Meh, not much of a spoiler but still
The commissioner is Barton, Al says so

Also the fact that it is almost like Phoenix Wright in many ways is cool to me, an adamant fan of Professor Layton and Ace Attorney, so yeah. It does eventually cost money, but OH IS IT SO WORTH IT

Now the question on all of our minds is...
Spoiler: Yeah this is a spoiler
WHO IS AL'S MOTHER?!?!?!? We know Professor Layton is Al's dad, so... who da baby mommy?

I AM BACK KIDDOS AND I'M WATCHING YOU

I've finally decided to give Xenoblade Chronicles a try. I think it's safe to say I like it. I love the setting and story. I can't claim to be especially attached to any of the characters, but there's no one I particularly dislike at the moment, either. The only legitimate complaint I have is that a lot of the armor available to each character looks ridiculously impractical, be it because it leaves important areas of the body exposed, because it's got all manner of things sticking out that could snag on something (or be grabbed by an enemy), or both.

Finished the normal worlds of Hako Boy! (3DS), a great DL-only puzzle game by HAL Laboratory. You play as a cute cube with legs who has the power to spawn blocks out of himself and you use them to solve puzzles and get to the end of the level. There are some realluy neat puzzles here, and each world introduces a new gimmick that forces you find new ways to use your block-spawning powers. The main game isn’t that hard, but you unlock a couple of extra worlds after the main game which are a lot more difficult.

Not even the half of it. There's a character in that game who has a skill tree based on them being naked and they get a tonne of buffs with no armour equipped.

Still you are trying a grand game, sadly I had to return mine before I'd finished it but I'll gladly pick up the 3DS version of it when it is out.

I'm waiting till the release of the 3DS version. I already have it set on my GameQ on gamefly so hopefully I'll be the first to rent it.

Bah. I'm not taking advantage of those skills. Given a choice between reasonable armor with okay stats and impractical armor with great stats, I'll go with the inferior stats unless it is next to impossible to complete a certain task in the aforementioned armor.

How far along are you?

For me with the game, I've been playing on/off because of circumstances and whatnot. I'm at the part at Sword Valley where I just finished the fight with Metal Face.
On April 3, 2016, Court Records Forums experienced a miracle upon that day.

Are you sure? It's actually a really interesting build.
They basically become an 'agility tank' built entirely around dodging and draw loads of aggro rather than normal tanks who can take hits.

So long as you are ok with every cutscene being ruined by having half-naked people wander around in them ruining any semblance of seriousness that moment may have :basil:

That's another major reason why I'm aiming for more reasonable armor for every character. For example, I'd rather Melia not be in, say, the Hierax armor during her scene with Kallian near the end. I came close to tears during that scene, and silly-looking armor would have killed the moment more brutally than Hugh O'Conner's scream killed his moment with Juniper Woods and Robin Newman.

If a scene is well-acted and shot, it doesn't matter what the characters look like.
It's like what Linkara says about Lightspeed Rescue, when one of the villains dies and has a final, heartfelt moment with his daughter.

I'm getting SMT IV. Like, within the next hour.
I've wanted it for a while and now that I deleted RF4 off my SD Card, I have room for it. Went to the e-Shop and it says there's a sale going on where SMT IV is only 10€ until April 3rd. YES PLEASE, CLICK! And since I had only 4€ on my account for the e-Shop, I had to get a 15€ card, cause apparently you only get cards for the e-Shop for 15, 25 or 50€. (Yes there's an in-shop usage with credit cards... I don't have a credit card, I have an EC card)

C-A

PS: HOLY SHIT is SMT IV expensive in terms of blocks!! :beef: Over 14.000 blocks? Are you fucking high!? This had better be a damn good game! I removed my Curtain Call DLC for this! (Also people say they have the standard 4GB SD Card that came with their 3DS. The hell are they talking about, both of my 3DSes have 2 GB cards in them. And yes I will buy a bigger one. Just need the money for it.)

Not sure if you are doing what I'm expecting here, but the f12 is not a substitute for the 'print screen' button. When you make a screenshot with f12 in steam it will send the screenshot to a special folder.

Suggestion: Turn the Volume off whenever Tidus talks.

He does it frequently. And it's always some form of whining. If it weren't for Auron and Rikku, I'd write the entire cast of X off as failures. Then again X has worse problems for me than unlikeable characters... though that's a huge problem in an RPG. Especially if the main focus characters are so annoying...

Also, battle suggestion: Have every party member do something actively in the battle (even guarding) so you get ALL the AP from the battle. Cause if you don't, you'll end up with underleveled characters late in the game when you need them and not using every character in the battle will not give you the entire AP you would get.

So far, the only real problem I have with Tidus talking is that I keep hearing Ratchet. I may take your advice eventually, but I thankfully haven't gotten to that point.

As for using every character in the battle, just to clarify, is it like Pokemon, where all I have to do is have one character in the party to start with, switch them out for someone else, and they both get the AP, or do I actually have to have them perform some sort of action before I do that?

Ehh...I think Cat's overstating the necessity of levelling everyone independently.

There's a few times when it's sorely recommended you'll need specific characters in the party or downright forced.

A few ranged battles: Magic or Wakka are the only ones that can hit at range.

Underwater battles: Rikku Tidus and Wakka appear to be the only ones who swim here.

You only get like 2 or three times when those limitations are enforced on you though.

Also the Sphere grid system means that everyone levels off the same page. So...you don't need to worry about training everyone equally, because if you just power level a few people eventually their skills will grow and envelop other peoples' sphere grids.

So you'll have Tidus with the same abilities as Wakka or Lulu or whoever you want.

It's easy to be really powerful by the endgame of FFX so you shouldn't worry about equally training everyone too much.

I found him annoying first few times through. When I went back to play it again (I was writing an essay on Tidus and needed a refresher) I realised he wasn't as bad as my memory served. Figured I was probably just younger and less patient at the time.
