Um, spoilers? Then again, haven't played an MGS game, maybe the things you mentioned are well-known or never treated as spoilers.

In Yoshi's Wooly World, I am in World 3's last level. Still missing some Yoshis in previous levels. Especially in a cave-ish area in World 3, I know where to go for the last yarn ball, but there just doesn't seem to be a way for me to get there in solo play.

None of them are big spoilers, the scar is hardly referenced in the game and is only meaningful as a sign of the torment Big Boss was going through. As for killing the Boss it's not much of a spoiler, that entire game was about killing the boss.

Big Boss has a scar on his chest that matches the Boss. Its shown in Peace Walker... Probably self mutilation over his guilt at killing her.

When you boot up the game put on any Naked camo. I can't see this scar.

However the Kiefer change occurred in Ground Zeroes which is most certainly the real big boss so eh. It's just wishful thinking in part. Whether the voice ties into it or not, I sincerely doubt you play as the same person in 3 and Peace Walker.

Actually, there's an option during PW's prison escape where you can go up to a mirror and peel the scar off. Turns out it was a fake scar concealing a wire saw.

I had to start over in Super Danganronpa 2 since my removable memory card crashed and is unusable. I don't mind. I love this game. I'm on Chapter 3 right now. I'm going to go back and get the extra scenes that I missed in Chapter 1 and Chapter 2. ^__^

True, but
Spoiler: Peace Walker

the scar still remains after he peels out the saw. Of course, he didn't exactly have a lot of time to patch himself up, and I'd doubt no one wouldn't have done anything about it during the nine years he was in a coma.

Maybe they just didn't think to make a second skin without the scar for him after that. After all, you can get the jigsaw from there every time you play that mission, if you so choose.

New headcanon: it's not a fake scar hiding the jigsaw. It's a real scar hiding a source of infinite jigsaw wire!

I dunno, if you look at his arms in Phantom Pain they are a whole mess of stitches and scars, nevermind the shrapnel sticking out of his head. Think it's safe to say they probably couldn't do anything about a scar as huge as "The Boss" if those littler ones are left on him.

You said the scene in Peace Walker was optional though right?

Optional or mandatory, depending on how good you are at quick time events in the ending cutscene of the mission prior to the prison escape. You miss even a single prompt, and you will be digging under that "scar."

However, even if it's a real scar, there's a possibility Big Boss had it removed after the end of Peace Walker, as he found out something about The Boss that made him feel she betrayed him somehow (which is part of the reason he threw away the bandana).

You have a point...but there's other clues, I'm going to keep digging into this dirt furiously clutching at straws.

Thanks. I hope so too. I just realized the last time I updated the patch was a year or so ago, but I managed to find the completed ones, so...we'll see what happens.

I do have to say, from what I've seen so far, that the translation team has done an outstanding job.

Custom Robo is as the name implies, a game where you build custom robots. There old games on the Gamecube and DS.

LBX is on 3DS if you were wondering about that.

Because they are incapable of explaining things without saying it in text: Tell, don't Show? Or, since 999 is a VN as a recall, it's because it's a VN.

Actually, 999 and VLR are some of the least "novel" visual novels out there, I mean, half of the segments are escape.
On the side of Mario Maker I'm starting a Legend of Zelda marathon, starting with the original...Christ this is going to be hard...

Oh well, at least I can play MGSV now.

I've started playing Riviera - The Promised Land for the PSP. I've read a screenshot LP of the game and I know the endings, but overall... No idea which ending I'll aim for myself. I'll just play it however I want. I DO love that the game has dual audio as an option! How lovely!

Yes, I know, these games are legendary for how great they are. As much as I hate to admit it... This is the best in the serie- *looks confused* Huh? Where am I? Why are you looking at me like that?
