Actually, if you're not aware what this game is, you should check on Wikipedia and this petition will take advantage of the fact that they want to add 5 chars in the US and Eur version.
So, somebody should start it (because I don't know how) and we will sign it and send it to Capcom. Is it a good idea ?

Besides, when Capcom does cross overs, they usually just have street fighter characters.

). Well, the only thing that's remeining for me is to get whipped by von Karma. 
But Catgrenade, you will be surprised because Capcom used only 3 SF chars out of their 20 !
And I had such a cool idea for a ultimate attack, psyche-lock break. He would grab is opponement then release it, a magatama appearing in the back, and then a psyche lock appear on the opponement. Phoenix only do a little move and the psyche-lock break causing massive damage !
