I can't pick favorites at all. I have a ton of games that I thoroughly love, and it'd be a nuisance to list them all.

Oh man, I forgot all about that game! I loved it so much, although I sold it on eBay with my PS2 about a year ago ;_;

I never finished the game, but I've seen the videos of the final Colossi on Youtube, it's simply awe-inspiring.

Alright, let's start at the beginning and work from there.

Nintendo: Probably one of the Megaman games. Maybe Mario 3.
Game Boy: Link's Awakening.
Super Nintendo: Chrono Trigger.
Genesis: Sonic 3 & Knuckles.
Game Boy Color: Oracle of Seasons.
Nintendo 64: Super Smash Bros.
Dreamcast: Sonic Adventure or Jet Grind Radio. Both very fine games.
Playstation 2: Kingdom Hearts or Kingdom Hearts 2 (though I've played the Hell out of most DDR versions.)
Game Boy Advance: Nothing really stands out on this one....
Game Cube: Super Smash Bros Melee.
DS: Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney.
Wii: Twilight Princess.

Didn't include systems I never had, or didn't really play. I'm a bit of a mainstream fan, although there are lots of obscure games which just as easily have taken top billing on any of those systems, especially Super Nintendo.

Huh, picking favorites, even by system, is very difficult for me. I've had tons of favorites, so I'll list the ones I've probably played the most.

NES: Probably Super Mario Bros. 3.
SNES: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles IV: Turtles in Time, with Super Mario World a close second.
N64: Probably a three-way tie between Super Mario 64, Conkey's Bad Fur Day and Super Smash. Bros.
Game Boy/Color: Probably the Pokémon games.
GBA: Not sure. A tie between the Sonic Advanced series and Pokémon again.
DS: Likely the Phoenix Wright series at this point, though it might change when there's more games.
Sega Genesis: Sonic & Knuckles, or Sonic 3 & Knuckles.
Sega Saturn: Don't remember....
PS1: Again, don't remember.
PS2: Too many to name, though the Sly Cooper and Ratchet & Clank series' are very high up there.
GCN: Super Smash Bros. Melee.
Wii: Too early to tell, though up until now it's been The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess.

A lot of the systems I don't have a favorite because I don't remember them well enough (Hi NES, GB, GBC, N64) BUT for the ones I do:

Genesis: Sonic 3 & Knuckles
SNES: Lufia 2
PS1: I can't decide ;A;
PS2: A tie between La Pucelle Tactics and Radiata Stories.
DS: Phoenix Wright 1 (and a very close Trauma Center in second)

Usually my favorites have tiny fandoms so PW + Trauma Center are refreshing in that aspect.

Well...

NES: Zelda II, Adventure of Link
GCN: Zelda, Wind Waker
Wii: Zelda, Twilight Princess

( I love Zelda games Maya Fey )

GBC: The Fish Files
GBA: Golden Sun

As you can see, I'm a Nintendo fanbody who owns only Nintendo consoles Godot. DEATH TO SONY, DAMN THE RIP-OFF EVILS TO DOOM! Seriously, Nintendo has perfectly solid ground to successfully sue Sony, I think that should be Odoroki's next case.

EDIT: Oops, I forgot about the DS! Hm... what could I choose? Brain Training or Phoenix Wright (1, I don't have 2).
