bad player: true but the player standpoint your still moving right

Herr Blondie:while it is true you dont always control the thing still can move right in a rail shooter your target may be on the right, you point right and shoot thus you still do indeed move right :P

ddr you hit right on the button with your foot (I never did say it was the character in game but you can always move right whether its in game or not)

guitar hero...the blue button would like a word with you (green if controler is reversed)

ok well i found it...still sounds like you can to me...in there it says you use buttons to control machinery so im still pretty sure im right :P

(im assuming you were getting at the game uses a mic or somthing like that)

Yes, but when you think about it he Paolo was sort of important, without him, Layton and Luke would have found the box right away, there would have been no evidence of forced entry or the window escape in Whatshisname's apartment, and Detective Chemley's "He was startled into a heart attack by his own decorations" theory might have been accepted as truth (until the autopsy at least, or well, I guess Whatshisname wasn't really dead though...).
